About this property

Cozy beach condo & just steps to the Atlantic Ocean

The Sea Woods community is truly unique in that it has preserved the gorgeous native landscape of Florida literally right around you (versus a concrete high rise without any character). The location of the condo couldn’t be better - right down the street from one of the main pools AND the trail leading to the beach. You are also a close drive to all the local restaurants and shopping that New Smyrna beachside offers!

The condo features a master bedroom with a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a large (newly renovated!) shower. A large walk-in closet features, extra pillows, and twin roll-a-way. Large armoire is stocked with extra linens, blankets, pillows, towels & beach towels. You can access the patio via the master bedroom or living room.

The living room features plenty of seating and a queen size pull-out sofa bed. Two TV's (one in living room and one in master) include cable and all streaming options: Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney+, etc. You will find several games, puzzles, books and a binder in the credenza of the living room. We also have a binder with lots of local information and menus from of our favorite restaurants.

The dining room table can seat 6 with the addition of the bench at entryway. A full washer/dryer is present in the front closet as well. The kitchen provides all necessary items for cooking.

The back patio is perfect for a quiet spot to enjoy the outdoors, especially in the evening! The patio closet provides beach and pool accessories including beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, buckets and a few beach toys.

Great place for a short gateway

Beach condo

Beautiful beach condo very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and there is so much to do in the area. Condo is right across the street from the ocean so very easy access.

Beach getaway

Although not right on the beach we were just a short walk to the beach and enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. The home was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the area and being away from the more touristy areas. The pool access was a nice change from the sandy beaches. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this rental again!

Convenient, Cozy and Complete!

This condo was in close proximity to everything Beach!! The accommodations and decor were comfortable and provided all essentials. Although I did not take the opportunity to utilize the associated perks of pool and fitness room, if I was staying longer I surely would! The area felt safe as it is nestled in a mature and maintained community.
