This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom property has been wonderfully decorated with our guests in mind! This is the newest downtown development recently added to the Southside! We cannot wait for you to experience gorgeous sunset views of Lookout Mountain and watch the trains off to the distance! Our neighbor, Oddstory Brewing is open giving guests walkable access to the brewery to enjoy food, live music, and excellent brews! The property has 3 levels and sleeps up to 8 guests! The kitchen and living room are on the first level. The second level has a King Master Bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and a twin rollaway bed! The third level guest room has two Queen beds, ensuite bathroom, laundry room, large closet, and a twin rollaway bed!

We had a fantastic weekend staying here! The location was great with the brewery next door. We had 2 young kids with us and it was extremely family friendly. The townhouse was very nice and had everything we needed. The kids bedroom was on the top floor (it was a lot of steps) and I think it should have been switch with the master bed, but we made it work. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Fun Place to Stay

This is a fabulous place to stay for a girls trip. You are close to a lot of restaurants, clubs, and shopping. Condo is clean and we felt very safe.
