Welcome to Caldeira Estate, a luxury accommodation in the wine country of Livermore valley, California wine country. Set in our own private vineyards and olive groves, this relaxing estate offers a perfect year-round retreat for families, friends, couples and professionals. Our estate can host up to 22 guests comfortably, offering a wide variety of sleeping arrangements, comfortable beds, quality linens, chef's kitchen and relaxing common spaces to gather and enjoy the company of your guests. We have special rooms for the bride and/or groom to prepare for their big day, and our property is perfect for taking unforgettable photographs. Our grounds are impressive, with petite sirah vineyards, a spacious lawn, patio and terrace, and a brand new pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, pizza oven, and gazebo for your enjoyment. Located in the heart of wine country, yet only one hour from San Francisco.

Our home accommodates up to 22 guests, with 6 formal bedrooms and 3 flex spaces. We offer two bedrooms with king beds, three bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over a full). Most of our bedrooms have full en suite bathrooms, and our primary suite boasts a relaxing jetted jacuzzi tub. There is a private terrace upstairs with a beautiful view of the vineyards and valley below.

Our common areas are great for catching up with loved ones, hosting a gathering, or breaking out into work groups in a professional retreat. We are equipped with several Fire TVs throughout the house, set up for watching the big game, or relaxing after a day of wine tasting in the sun. Our upstairs den has a pool table and games for guests of all ages.

Nice location, great place for family get together. Only thing we would suggest is for the kitchen, It needs measuring cups and spoon, Also some cookies sheets . As are family loves to bake cookies when we get together.

We were in town for a water polo tournament. The VRBO was perfect for us- 11 girls 1 coach and 9 parents. Comfortable, spacious. Well located for travel between sites. The management team was awesome and helped us by getting our groceries there before we arrived. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, clean house. Some outdoor furniture is showing wear and tear (2 lounge chairs unusable due to torn webbing), needs attention to things like living room curtains hanging at an angle (unattached to rod in one spot), pool cover wouldn't close for us, pool gate latch broken--just needs attention to maintenance. Otherwise a comfortable and unique place to stay--it really is surrounded on three sides by grapevines! Guest house is above the garage, which might be important to note if you have older people in your group who have trouble with stairs.

Excellent experience!

We had such a great weekend staying at this property. We were looking for a house to host our family for the Christmas weekend and we came across this gem. It was such a spacious and serene location, and was thoroughly enjoyed by all three generations of family members that were in attendance. All 12 of our guests had plenty of room to sleep comfortably, and the open concept made it perfect to have everyone spend time together. We fully utilized the kitchen and backyard, which had everything you would need for entertaining. The property manager was always responsive which made the whole booking process that much easier. We are very much looking forward to coming back to this property one day. Our family has been talking nonstop about how much they enjoyed the weekend, and how great the house was. We are very grateful that we were able to create some new memories with our loved ones at this beautiful location.
