Enjoy comfort with a ceiling fan in the main area, and unwind while watching your favorite shows on the 50" Smart TV with a premium cable package. Streaming apps can be accessed via guests' personal subscription log-ins, giving you complete entertainment flexibility.

Relax and soak in the Florida sunshine by the gorgeous Laterra pool, conveniently located in the courtyard of your building. Whether you're cooling off after a day of exploring or simply enjoying some downtime, the pool offers the perfect retreat.

Need baby items or beach chairs? We provide these at no charge upon request with a minimum of 24 business hours' notice (subject to availability).

Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old.

For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous cleaning process between stays.

While this unit is located on the first floor, it is not ADA compliant.

For entry, please go through the lobby of the 955 building, and follow the directional signs to your unit.
