This 2 bedroom condo has spacious rooms with 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for a good night sleep.
Nice and bright open living and dining area with high ceilings and a fireplace. Full kitchen, Lift top cocktail table. All new furniture and a wide screen TV. Free internet, new washer and dryer, big balcony with a new patio set.
1 car attached garage.
The condo is on one level above the garages. Not wheel chair accessible.
Great location close to I-25, shopping and restaurants.

Excellent place

I really enjoyed staying here it was in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of things to do around the area and the owner was fast to respond to any questions.

Clean cute place in great location

This place was great! Dedicated parking space, easy checkin and out process, clean and cute, comfortable bed, quiet, and close to a bunch of things (target, Starbucks, food). Def would stay again.

Great Location and Very Clean

Lovely townhouse that is centrally located for a myriad of activities. Plenty of space, comfortable furniture, particularly the bed, as well as all the comforts of home. Thanks for the great Stay Gina- we will definitely stay again when we come up to the Front Range.

Great location

Great location with quick access to I-25. We enjoyed the use of the space, nice living area with comfortable couch and big TV. Cooked some meals at "home" and also took advantage of several good restaurants in the neighborhood. Gina was a great host, very responsive to our questions.

Clean, cozy and convenient!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Condo offers plenty of comfortable living space to relax in after a busy day exploring the Denver area. Close to several restaurants, gas stations and retail stores. Easy drive to Rocky Mountain Natl Park, Garden of the Gods, Boulder, and all of the other places you will want to see while visiting the beautiful state of Colorado. So glad we chose to stay here instead of a hotel!

As advertised, hassle-free, very convenient

The apartment has super-easy access to highways so you can get where you’re going easily (we traveled between Denver and Boulder). Gina was prompt and responsive and check in/out was simple. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable.

Super Stay

This property is absolutely perfect. Clean; BEAUTIFUL art work displayed throughout; all appliances work; and the neighborhood is quiet for quality relaxation at the end of the day. The owner is fantastic regarding prompt communication. It is within easy access to multiple golf courses which was the main purpose of our visit to the area.

My Sumer Stay

I spent three months at Gina's comfortable home during my summer internship. Gina was quick to respond to my texts and helped me with anything I needed. The house is well equipped, has great natural light, and has wonderful art. Thank you for making my summer away from home so comfortable.

Great location!!

Would 10/10 stay at this property again! It’s the perfect location whether you’re planning to shop and relax in Denver or hike til your feet fall off in the Rockies! Gina was so great about communicating with us when we had a question. Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived to check in. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary utensils for the nights we didn’t eat out and the condo was a great place to just come back and relax after a long day. We really enjoyed our time here and can’t wait for our next trip!

Clean and comfortable

The place was definitely clean and had comfortable beds. Only complaints were the bedrooms didn't have enough lighting (no overhead light, 2 lamps but only one worked in 1 bedroom and there were no overhead fans. The parking garage was too small to fit a midsize car. Overall however, it was good.

We are doing our best to accommodate our guests with special needs. The A/C is central but we could have brought you a standing fan if you had contacted us with a simple request. Also, light bulbs die at any time and that’s why we have provided extra ones to be available at the place. And again, we could have replaced that bulb for you if you had just contacted us. For oversized cars there’s a designated free parking in front of the garage.

The property has a lot of potential and the host was responsive to the one thing we requested. I’m going to give the host the benefit of the doubt and hope that the cleaning person(s) who cleaned before we arrived didn’t do a very good job. Especially the bathroom. Also, the host should list that upon entry to the condo (dirty entryway), you have to climb 15 stairs to get there. For older ones, like us, carting suitcases, etc., was not fun. The garage was a nice plus! We wouldn’t stay here again but I’m sure with a little TLC, this place could be nice.

We respond promptly and do our best to accommodate our guests with special needs. In the description of the condo we’ve added that it is on one level above the garages so it’s not wheel chair accessible.
