A modern luxury getaway 5 minutes from downtown Longmont.

The Hummingbird House is a beautiful two story home located just 6 minutes from downtown Longmont where you will find plenty of delicious restaurants, cute cafes, great small town shopping, as well as nearby lakes, reservoirs, mountains and hiking. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business with friends, family or partners, this will be the perfect home for you. Located in a quiet neighborhood the Hummingbird house has everything you'll need.

This 2 story townhome is comfortable and modern in design. It is neighborhood family home meets modern luxury. Once inside you will step into the warm, light filled space complete with a large couch, tv, dining area, full kitchen, kitchen island and bathroom. The tv is equipped with HBO max, Hulu, Netflix, Disney plus, and Amazon Prime. After heading upstairs you will see the washer and dryer, a spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 large closets, as well as the south facing bedroom with a large closet and bathroom. There is a washer and dryer that can only be used for extra small loads, do not overfill the washer it will leak water. Please see the guest guidebook for information on local restaurants, cafes, activities...etc

The hummingbird house is in a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of our neighbors, quiet hours 10pm-8am, NO PARTIES, NO LARGE GROUPS, NO PETS. Our rules for pets are due to allergies of host, cleaner and other guests. If you have a service animal we require documentation of pet BEFORE your arrival. We may make exceptions by request for extra guests, and will take into consideration your previous airbnb history and reviews before approval.

We do have outdoor cameras and will check to make sure you are respecting our house rules. That being said we will not intrude on your personal privacy. Our cameras are outward facing only, located at both entrances of the property. Thank you for your understanding.

Guest have access to entire townhouse, parking and outdoor area. No access to garage.

In case of wifi going out please contact host, the wifi unit is located in locked door of house and directions on how to access the room will only be provided if needed.

The washer and dryer are for extra small loads of laundry only. If you overfill the washer it will spill water out, if you overfill the dryer it will not dry. Thank you for understanding.

Excellent for Colorado trip

If visiting Colorado, Longmont is a great location to lots of sites. This rental was clean, modern, and a great place for a small family to utilize. Very well stocked, organized, and the owners were always concerned about the stay and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The host responded promptly, the property was very well located. The checkin process and all details were clearly laid out. The house is immaculate, welcoming and well furnished. Will absolutely stay again when I return to the area. Highly recommended.

Quiet and clean

The property is in a great location. Just minutes away from hiking trails and great shopping. Unit is very clean. If I had anything to suggest it would be to hang curtains to help block out sunlight for afternoon naps.

We were visiting Colorado to meet our brand new granddaughter! Perfect location, easy drive to their home. Clean as can be, quiet and safe area! If it wasn’t all about the baby we would have enjoyed more exploration and hiking in the area! I will definitely look to see if this listing is available for future visits… there will be many and soon!

Very nice property. Some deferred maintenance but nothing major. Beds were very comfortable. Cleaning company leaves a lot to be desired and we suggest the owner find someone more reliable. Not being picky however it appears that the property wasn't clean after last use. Floors were mopped but toilets weren't cleaned and sheets were dirty. Clean sheet were available for us to change but we shouldn't have to do that. Owner is very responsive and understanding. Honestly if not for their quick response and resolution to our issue the rating would have been a 2.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood

The perfect quiet location for our stay in the Boulder area for Ironman Boulder 70.3. Plenty of room for 2 couples. There was a cleanliness issue that was taken care of right away. Besides the one oversight, the place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked to cook all our meals in. The porch was perfect to watch the summer thunderstorm. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute. Very close to all we needed. The check in info and WiFi password were sent to me as soon as my request was accepted and I forgot about it. So it was hard to log in to the WiFi. It would have been nice to have a sheet with all the info on hand in the condo.

Modern and clean but needs a few upgrades.

Property was new,clean and modern.the only issues were that there were no dressers or shelves in either bedroom. We had to store our clothing on the floor.there were no dish towels in the kitchen.also, the ad led us to believe that we would have Netflix,Disney,etc but they only gave you access if you already had an account with those services.this was misleading.the property was convenient to Rocky mt national park and to Boulder which was nice.

Don't know if I want this known

This place was excellent. My wife and I travel to Denver area frequently. This was the best we've encountered. Only downsides we're more cooking pots and pyrex dishes needed. Also, a dresser would be nice. But overall, for our needs, a great place. I'm concerned now that we've found it, it will be occupied with the next time we'll need it. Btw, Soleil answered my texts with lighting speed. Great!

Great quiet location as pictures minus some cleanliness issues

Overall this house was great. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was definitely lacking due to a replacement cleaner in cleaning staff ( as reported by host manager) since regular cleaners were not avail/ or sick. Toilets had pink rimmed water lines and even worse were the pieces of fecal matter attached to inside the bowl. Kitchen table had sticky finger prints on them and countertops were also a little dirty with crumbs and smudged. Glassware was clean however I always rinse out glasses before using anyway. All the mirrors were smudgy like they used cleaner on all of the mirrors or glass even on smaller items like the shelf next to the front door. On a different note, the place is exactly like it’s listing. Beds were extremely comfortable. One of the headboards ( fabric) was kinda dusty and needed vacuuming. Never had a chance to watch TV. We pretty much used this place for eating breakfast and sleeping/ showering. Notified host manager on all the issues we had and she said the regular cleaners would be definitely coming back. I hope they do- bc this place was great except for the bathrooms and kitchen. No extensive check out instructions like many places. Host just said lock doors. I did put all the towels in the bathtub and separated them. Cleaned the glass tabletop (glass cleaner from under the sink) from our use and living room glass. I would stay here again if it was cleaner but would also check out different rentals since there’s good competition of places to rent.
