This little condo is great! It's clean, neat, well stocked, nicely decorated, and quiet. It's in a good location and there is a rocky beach just up the road. You can also walk to a fantastic ice cream shop. The owners are responsive and nice. A+

Loved the front garden

While access is through the side entrance pinned key code, a sweet surprise is found outside the “front” door. A sweet garden oasis after a day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cute property within walking distance to views of ocean. Very clean, and appreciated the amenities including the available sandwich bags and aluminum foil. We made good use of both the grill and fire pit which was perfect! Thank you for the stay at this seaside getaway!

Perfect beach experience!

Great location near multiple beaches and restaurants. Walked to eat dinner one night and to Camp Cronin at sunset. The property was easy access and the interior was quaint with all we needed to stay comfortable. The property manager (Meg) was easily contacted and gave good tips. Highly recommend and will look to book a future trip there.

Fam vaycay

Cute place! Near a variety of beaches! My family loved the amazing seafood and the Salty Brine beach the most! Oh and spectacular views of the ocean ( walking distance). Wished there were more shops and things close by! Thanks for a great experience in Rhode Island!

Point Judith

Clean and comfortable same. I stayed with my daughter and 2 granddaughters, and the space was just perfect for us. Seafood and ice cream (!) an easy walk from the house. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Cute little seaside cottage

Ames and Meg are super responsive owners. We stayed in Unit A of the duplex. It was warm and inviting. (Comfy beds are key).The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. We were walking distance to a rocky beach and fun dining. It was a short drive to Newport as well as the ferry to Block Island.

We really liked our stay. Not so much a walk to beach but very close. Place was very clean and Meg was easy to reach with any questions. Only complaint was upstairs bedrooms and bathroom doors squeezed loudly but other than that a great stay! Thank you Meg

This is a cozy and very comfortable spot nestled in a beautiful location, convenient walking to some really cool spots like the Surf Exchange and wonderful Point Judith beach points, with Scarborough only a mile up the road, too. The apartment has everything you would need and nothing you don't, wonderful outdoor space, smooth, easy communication with the hosts . . . an incredibly relaxing time we had here on account of natural beauty, convenience, relaxation, and everything being straightforward and delivered as expected. Thanks for having us!!
