2 BR Beach Condo, 1 block from Ocean!

This sweet condo is tucked away in an oceanfront neighborhood in Narragansett. Located one block from a rocky beach (one of the best surf breaks in Rhode Island), and a half-mile from the PT Judith Lighthouse, this newly renovated townhome gives you access to the best summer activities that Coastal Rhode Island has to offer. We are a mile from 2 state beaches, and a half mile from 6 restaurants.

This unit includes all the amenities of home including a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and central A/C. There is an outdoor grill, picnic table and chairs, and a small fire pit in the yard, and a sunny yard space to soak in the morning cup of coffee or to enjoy the sunset while grilling up a nice dinner. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed, twin bed on top and full sized bed on the bottom.

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, 2 parking spots, and their own private garden/yard area.

*Minimum age requirement for booking is 26 years old.

*Linens and towels are not provided. Guests are asked to please provide their linens/towels or those items can be rented from a local vendor, such as Vacation House Linens. Vacation House Linens also provides beach and baby equipment rentals if needed. Their website is: vacationhouselinens . com. Each bed does come with 2 pillows and 1 bedspread, if needed. Plus there are extra blankets in the closets. Each bed has a mattress protector over the mattress, plus pillow protectors over each pillow. There are also hand towels provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you for respecting this process and bringing the necessary linens.

Beach Information:
The 3 main beaches closest to the house are Narragansett Town Beach, Scarborough and Wheeler (aka Sand Hill Cove) State Beaches. Both state beaches are a little over a mile from the house. We are also a half mile from the Pt. Judith Lighthouse and Camp Cronin. Camp Cronin has a nice small sandy beach that sits just inside the break wall (meaning there are no waves at this shoreline).The break wall is also a fun place to do some fishing and/or crabbing.)

We live close-by, about 20 minutes away. You can message us through the app, text, or call us, whichever you prefer.

The house is located within walking distance to the stunning lighthouse and some of Narragansett's best coastlines, restaurants, and pubs including Ocean Road Bistro, Spain Restaurant, Chair 5, Famous Aunt Carrie's, Iggy's, and the Bon Vue Tavern.
A quick run or bike brings you to either Sand Hill Cove (great for young children and children of any age) or Scarborough Beaches with big waves, each a two minute car ride from the house; both with lifeguards, bathrooms, and snack bars...or pop open a beach chair at the rocky break, one block from the house where you can watch the sun rise, wade in the water to look for seashells, and maybe see some ocean animals.

There is a 4% processing fee on all cancellations. You will receive whatever percentage back that you are entitled to, less a 4% processing fee. over 30 days, you will receive 96% refund. 14-30 days, you will receive 46% refund. This is due to credit card processing fees.
