The space
This house is usually rented out as the entire vacation home when my family travels. When we are around, we welcome individual or group travelers. You have a shower room and a restroom as 2 separate rooms. No toilet in the shower room.

Notes: the guest unit only includes a mini kitchenette (coffee maker, microwave, toaster, egg boiler, small fridge), but no kitchen sink.
Since the house is built since 1970s, it is not sound proof, but we are all very quiet and respectful people.
We used to have normal keyed lock in our rooms to protect your belongings in case of break-in. However, a few guests lost keys and need to pay $90-100 for emergency door open. We now upgrade all rooms with keypad for your peace of mind.
Not suitable for big families gathering, heavy cooking, elderly or wheelchair. The house has central heater (no AC), but it’s usually more chill in certain part of the house, so we provide space heater in every room.
