Inside this stylish home, find a roomy layout with an open design, ideal for entertaining. Kick back for movie nights next to the gas fireplace in the living area, while the chef in the group whips up delectable dishes in the sparkling full kitchen. The upstairs bedroom is appointed with multiple sleeping options and a smart TV. Central AC, a private washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi provide added convenience.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
