Good, but not great, quite yet.
First, there's more to like about this property than to complain about. And I believe that all of the little problems would be attended to in the future, given the first class guest service orientation of the Property Manager. However, we had some issues that can't be ignored. First the plusses: 1)The residential area is quiet and nice, located on the north east side of the lake. 2) Gorgeous views of the ski areas on the other side of the main lake area's east end from the large dining room table. 3) The floor plan is open and nicely laid out as advertised, and the kitchen is especially functional, as are the bedrooms. The loft bedroom with it's own bath is great for kids. 4) The amenity laden living/game room had a full pool and shuffleboard table as well as foosball. (All in great condition!) On the downside: 1)That living room area was overall extremely dark - just simply needs more/better lighting. 2)There was insufficient instruction to use the keypad lock to get in or lock up, and 3) A very frustrating TV interface. While the TVs are streaming enabled by FireStick, they're not intuitive, nor were the apps. Incredibly, apps (esp. Netflix) had former guests' log in credentials locked in and defaulted into a German language format. I mean you couldn't get out of it. 4) The hot tub also didn't work the first night, but was quickly as possible fixed the next day. Returning to the positive: Chelsea, the Property Manager was as good as it gets. She was extremely responsive; answering every text immediately and picking up every phone call. (The problem though is that we had a few too many.) She did everything in her power to try to expeditiously address issues. The hot tub is a great example. Would I stay here again? Yes, actually. Given Chelsea's responsiveness and communication, I would expect any of these minor issues would be addressed for future guests. And - there's a lot to like about this property in the big picture.
