Having a home that is in a good location as well as being clean and cozy sounds like the perfect vacation. You are required to have an ID that matches the name on the booking. Primary renter/tenant is defined as the person reserving and paying for the security deposit/rental fees and is responsible for all guests staying at the property during their stay. They must be present the entire stay and ID is verified to receive key information upon check-in.We are really unhappy to know that you encountered an uneasiness during your stay. If you have informed about the cleanliness, hot-tub & spa and DVD player during your stay we definitely send our maintenance team and provide instant help. We make a note of it and do the needful on an urgent basis. Inconvenience Regretted, As we are the management company for the house this is something that we can and will address once notified to us. We try to make your check-in and check-out process quick and simple as we can. Location is such an important factor in booking a property, glad you booked one in a perfect spot which was near to Bear Mountain resort. The cabin which is nicely located as well as being cozy is perfect for vacations. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during parking, We appreciate you mentioning the driveway as our other guests can have an idea about the location. Cleaning is our first priority in each of our cabins. Unfortunately, only 10% of homes in Big Bear have AC. This home just so happens to be one of the homes that do not have it. We do list this in the description of the home. What we do recommend, due to the majority of the homes not having AC, is opening the windows at night, as well as turning on the ceiling fans, and some of the box fans in homes. We apologize that the bedsheets were not changed before your arrival. This is not what we like to hear from our tenants, and not up to our standards. We can fix the issues once notified to us. We keep in mind the much-needed items and furnish our cabins accordingly. Sounds good you enjoyed the amenities of the cabin and were able to enjoy the views of Big Bear from the Deck.
