White Sands Village Condominium is the ideal place to enjoy your stay on tropical Siesta Key, Florida. Situated just a short walk from the world-renowned Siesta Key Public Beach, it’s a great place for a two-week vacation or for an extended stay.
Please note: THE MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS 14 DAYS.

The first sign that White Sands Village is the right place for you are the grounds, seven acres beautifully landscaped with palm trees, live oaks, flowering shrubs and tropical flowers.
Our pool is heated year-round to a warm 86º, so you can enjoy a swim even during the cooler months. Catch a bit of sun on a lounge chair, or sit in the shade and enjoy a bit of vacation reading.
Public tennis/pickleball courts are just across the street.
Four lighted gas grills, on the White Sands property, are available for your use.
One covered parking space is provided for each unit, with additional parking available.
Laundry facilities are available at four locations.
Linens are supplied and kitchens are fully equipped in each of our one- and two-bedroom rental units.
Sit by the peaceful lagoon connected to the Intracoastal Waterway.
In addition to the stunning Siesta Key Public Beach, there are two additional Gulf of Mexico beaches on Siesta Key, as well as great little shops and restaurants. You’ve got easy access to boat rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing…recreation awaits you!
Crescent Beach, just south of the public beach, is a quieter and more private beach, with only one public access road. Its southern tip is the Point of Rocks, a great snorkeling and diving area with coral reefs that often harbor abundant marine life.
Turtle Beach, south of Crescent Beach, is a great family play area, with a playground, horseshoe pit, boat launch, volleyball court and picnic tables. It’s also a good place for finding shells and perhaps some shark teeth. Here you can launch your boat, fish in Blind Pass Lagoon, or eat in a nearby restaurant.
Siesta Key Village is full of shops and restaurants. You can buy just about everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation, including beachwear, sun products, and toys. There are also little boutique shops where you can indulge your love of unique clothing, jewelry, flowers and scented lotions. Several local restaurants offer patio dining, which you can enjoy from breakfast spots to dinner and evening entertainment.

Great location but very dated

The reason I gave it low overall was that we picked this place because it said it slept 6. Not true at all. The Master bedroom was a nice big bed and very comfy. However the other room has two twin beds that slept one person. We had three adult kids with us so one had no place to sleep. The couch was not a pull out and should be counted even if it was. The location of the property is wonderful to the beach and town. The place is very dated with old couches and kitchen table etc. We did have an abundance of towels and beach chairs. The complex is very nice and well kept and the pool is very nice.

The White sands village is well situated. The town of Sarasota has a lot of cultural activities, it is near other big towns. We took a boat in Fort Myers to go to Key West, it was easy to go there. The property of the White sands is very nice and always clean. Taylor and Carmel knows how to answer all the demands. We had a good experience with those two personns who are the gardiens of the place. When we had little problems, they were there to fix rapidly the problem. The unit 408 was OK. I would put 3 stars on 5. The problem was the dirt. The condo needs a good clean up. It would be good to clean in the cupboards, in the corner of the floors, the rugs, take the dust off in back of the furniture, wash the plinths, wash the carpets, refresh the bathrooms, wash the windows... We liked the 408, it is well situated. We would go back eventuatly. But, I think that the price is getting up to much for the quality of the condo. It is OK for a few days, but for 5 or 6 weeks, it to high. Thank you for reading me, Sylvie Grandmaison PS: Don't hesitate to call me if you want more information. A month in paradise!

We love staying at White Sands Village, feels like home away from home! Although we have stayed here many years, this was our first time in #408. We were very, very pleased with this condo. It was very clean and outfitted with everything we needed. King bed was very comfortable. Loved the few from the second floor overlooking the canal. Already booked for next year!
