This property was listed on the beach, picture showing private beach and pool. This was what got my attention because I was looking for a place with private beach and pool. This is not an accurate description at all, it’s like a bait and switch situation, what you see is not what you get. I was very surprised ,shocked and disappointed to discovered that the property is not on the beach at all in fact the beach and pool is located on the other side of the community about tow blocks away. However the good thing about this property it as the most welcoming top tier host miss Claudia, she welcome us with a private chef preparing a three course dinner for our 50th Anniversary including my four guests, she stayed with me on the phone along our journey to the villa making sure we get there safely even though it was pretty late she waited with grace and patience. She made sure we were comfortable and can reach her at anytime, the villa is very clean and equipped with everything needed. Because of miss Claudia we decided to stay and make the best of our vacation without having the villa on the beach.

The home itself was clean but NOT ocean front or ocean view. The beach and pool are located within driving distance for elderly people and within a 7-10 walk for younger people. Once you find the pool it is situated within a few steps from the beach. The owner communicated well and was able to address most of our concerns except for providing a beach view or oceanfront or pool property. The description reads “ocean front” and this is why we booked. The property is not oceanfront. There may be units on the property with ocean view or ocean access but not this specific property. The owner was only able to confirm that the photos used in his post did not belong to him and were not posted by him but maybe VRBO posted the photos depicting “ocean/pool view/front”. House was well equipped although we packed or luggage with paper kitchen goods (cups, plates, utensils) and bath goods (towels, washcloths, soap). We would rent again if the price was reduced since this is advertised as oceanfront BUT IS NOT.Research and ask plenty of questions was our lesson learned from our first VRBO experience.
