Rental Agreement & City Ordinance

The City of Palm Springs requires all adult guests to sign a short-term rental agreement via DocuSign.

• Valid photo ID, vehicle license plates & guest roster due 5 days after booking or reservation will be cancelled
• All guests must be registered (no unlisted overnight visitors)
• Only guests with an established rental history are allowed to book

City Rules & Enforcement:
Violations of city ordinances (noise, parties, unregistered guests or pets) may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund.

Parking Information

Guests may use the driveway and free overnight street parking directly in front of the home (max 3 cars).
Please note: garage is not accessible and parking inside is not permitted.

Amplified Outdoor Music & Neighborhood Quiet

City ordinance prohibits any amplified outdoor music (including Bluetooth speakers or phones). Fines start at $500 and may lead to loss of permit. Please help us maintain the peaceful character of our neighborhood.

Security Cameras

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, driveway, side gate & yard areas for safety and property protection. They are active and recording continuously but never used to monitor guests. No interior cameras are present.
