You won’t find a more fun getaway for your next Port Aransas vacation than this comfortable townhome, just minutes from the beach and packed with diversions to keep you happy at home. First, grab a cup of coffee and step out onto one of your balconies to catch the sea breeze – the one on the third floor features a Gulf view. Next, it’s five o’clock somewhere at your on-site tropical bar tucked into the garage-conversion game room, which features an air hockey table, darts, and Ping-Pong. If breakfast is in order, the well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space to prepare your favorite recipes. Between the dining table, barstools, and patio table on the deck, there’s seating for everyone at mealtime.

This unit is in a gated community. When it’s time to slip into your swimsuit and head to the complex’s heated community pool, hot tub, or beach. Nearby, you can book a bay or Gulf charter to fish or see dolphins, go golfing, fish from the Port Aransas Jetty, rent a golf cart to get around or choose from dozens of nearby restaurants and bars for a bite to eat.

When you return, tune in to one of the home’s eight TVs, all equipped with streaming capabilities you can use with your own accounts. More perks of this home include a washer/dryer, free high-speed WiFi and cable, and central air-conditioning.

Things to Know

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
