We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for our group. Pictures shown are accurate. Tray was wonderful to work with… he responds immediately to all request and questions. Would definitely rent again!!

X-Mas Get-Away

Great entertaining spot! Plenty of space and the pool, air hockey, shuffle board tables, corn hole AND the pool and jacuzzi were a hit! Grocery store in walking distance and only about a 20 minute ride to 6th street, Rainey street and the airport. Definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

The house was amazing. It had everything we needed and HEB was just down the street. The grandkids and I enjoyed the pool and the indoor games. Tray was super helpful and easy to get in contact with. We will be returning for our next vacation.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

Very comfortable stay! So many indoor and outdoor things for all ages to do. You have everything you need and plenty of space to be able to relax. Tray was a very kind and quick to respond to any questions I had. Definitely a great place to stay in Austin with HEB right next door.

Great house for family gathering

We rented this home for my son's wedding week and it was a great place for he and the groomsmen and male members of the family to hang out the day of the wedding. The house was in Immaculate condition. The host is very very responsive. Grocery and other amenities are half mile away.

Great family house in South Austin

You can easily see from the pictures how a great time can be had at this house. You can also see from the property rules that some people have had way too much fun at this property. We enjoyed a great wedding weekend. We were transparent about our guest count, friends coming to visit, and Tray the house owner/host couldn't have been more accommodating!

Great Family Retreat

Loved the property and the amenities for the family. My wife and I had a great master suite with visual sight lines to the pool so we always felt safe and in control. Our teenagers loved the air hockey, pool table, and shuffleboard table. Our 5 year old spent much of her time in the water. Driveway is a little tight, but we were able to navigate it with a Suburban and it was worth it with all of the natural beauty. Thanks again for a great stay!
