Fully outfitted and ready for you today. Second floor condo with water view. Very close to town and rebuilt from the ground up after Harvey. This complex has a very large piece of property. This unit has a large porch positioned for a great breeze. All the upgrade selections during the rebuild. Kitchen boasts tile back splashes, finished window seats. Shaded side of complex! Beach walkway over dunes. Pickle ball court, pavilions at pool. Close to downtown.

I own a two units in the complex and a house on the island. Each can be found on VRBO. This unit is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. I live in Austin but spend about 1/3 of my time in Port Aransas. Please ask about the other units if interested.

This property has a huge porch, the complex is a large piece of property that is close in to town. This property is behind the dunes with direct access to the beach using the trail.
