POOL IS NOW OPEN! Our beach access stairs were destroyed in the hurricane, so current access is via the public ramp at the north side of the building. There are 4 pools, the one outside of our balcony is still closed unfortunately. There is 1 outdoor pool open, and at some times the indoor may be open too.

Enjoy Daytona and forget the cramped studios you're used to seeing, this roomy suite has a bedroom space with 2 new queen beds and a separate living & kitchen area with an amazing view directly over the (currently closed) pool to the Atlantic Ocean! Close the door separating the 2 areas for more privacy.

Have some work to finish? Plug your laptop into the desktop monitor and get it done quickly so you can join your friends down at the beach. Sip your morning coffee while you watch the sunrise directly off your balcony, or have an adult beverage while watching the dolphins and surfers jump through the waves.

KITCHENETTE has a full-sized fridge with separate freezer compartment and a 2-burner stove so you can prepare everything from a can of soup to a gourmet meal and serve it up at the breakfast bar or the dining room table. Everything from wine glasses to spatulas, & plates to pots will be found for your use. Even a Ninja oven!

2 new Helix hybrid mattresses (one Dawn, one Midnight) will give you a great night sleep so you can get up tomorrow and enjoy Daytona all over again. 54" Smart TVs in both the bedroom and the living room areas.

Directly across the street from a shopping plaza with stores and restaurants.

Parking is in the lot to the south side of the building.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-9am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $400 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 25
- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.

CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple!

The condo was clean. The location was great with pharmacies and grocery store in close proximity. The day we checked in, we learned that we couldn’t adjust the temperature in the condo due to previous renter causing damage to the unit. There was no sound on the television. Host checked on it following our departure and found that the prior renter had disconnected the speakers.We were informed that the prior renter did a lot of damage to the condo. Unfortunately our stay was negatively affected by it.

My family and I just stayed here. Loved that we had the ocean view and short walk to the beach! Also very close to ocean center which was where my daughter competed. Overall loved this place. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was nice, great value, incredible location, the host is excellent and we loved the beach gear they leave for the tenants to use. I would rent again.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay! Very cozy and great for our family of four. Good water pressure in the bathroom. They also had items for the beach. Property manager responds quickly. Would definitely come back!

Great stay

We loved our stay at this location. The place was very cute, cozy, clean and updated. Had many extras not expected such as things to help our visit on the beach. The DBR is still under construction so it was difficult to enjoy the amenities; however, as stated their place was very comforting and just what we needed for our stay!!

Staying with elderly

Loved having all the comforts of home for my 81 year old dad. He loved being able to sit out on balcony all day watching his almot 60 year old kids enjoy the sun and sand. Hearing the ocean never gets old.

Great stay

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to go to the beach. However the view of the pool is yucky as the water is filthy. This has nothing to do with the unit. The resort is still repairing damage from the hurricane.

Daytona

The room was the perfect size for three people. The condo was located right on the beach. The past hurricane had damaged the pool and access exit to the beach, so we had to walk around the building to access the beach (we were told about this beforehand). Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Fantastic place

This room came with everything you could possibly want on a beach vacation! They provided chairs, a board, towels and even a rolling wagon to tote it all down to the beach. There were little small touches like sunscreen and hairspray in the room. The view was beautiful as well. Everything was clean and the owner messaged us to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely book again in the future.

Wasnt very impressed. No mention of the 3 pools on the property was closed . Area around outdoor pools was in bad shape , main stairwell out of building was closed off . Elevators didnt work properly, was dn to 1 elevator and it would move floor to floor sporadically waiting on 2nd floor to.long to go dn to loby while stairs was closed off ......

We were surprised to hear your visit didn’t meet your expectations as we didn’t receive any messages during or after your stay about any issues. The pool and amenity closures due to hurricane damage are noted multiple times in our listing, as we believe in being upfront with guests. We work hard to create a clean, comfortable, and well-communicated stay at our condos, unfortunately hurricane damage isn't in our control and we're anxiously awaiting the pool to re-open more than anyone!

Inaccurate posting, shut it down.

The unit itself was clean, though very dated, and the property manager responded quickly to my messages when I asked for the door code to access the unit (after it had not been sent hours after the stated check-in time) and notified them that we were leaving (a night early).Those were the only positives about this stay. The building is in disrepair and there are absolutely zero amenities. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were drained and the outdoor pool and patio area is not even accessible. The view from the unit is of the drained outdoor pool, filled with rain water, algae and trash, although the photo in the listing shows a function, useable area.The parking garage is not "under construction", it is abandoned. Parking is located across a 4-lane highway in the back of a strip mall, and the neighborhood is full of other abandoned properties and empty lots, making it an uncomfortable walk at night to say the least. Last but not least, the toilet seat is not the right size for the toilet. This seems like a minor issue but on top of everything else, was just one more thing. We chose to end our trip early and lost out on some money, but preferred that over staying the full length of our trip.The property manager's email asking us to rate the unit states that a 2-star review means "Shut it down", and that is what they should do with this rental.

Value matches price

Inside the condo is fine, beds are comfortable, place is clean (there was one used coffee pod left on counter but no biggie). Size is good. Balcony and balcony furniture could use a wipe-down. As stated the pools are out of commission so the view of beach is beautiful, pool below and pool area is overgrown with vines, swampy water and debris in pool, loose clothing draped on roof below balcony, and it appears that there has been no work done to repair pool area in several months maybe years. I feel bad for the owner of the condo because they have kept their interior up but view from balcony is not great. However for the price on beach front property, I believe you are getting good value. We looked at other properties with the amenities of pool and gym that were $50+ a night more than this cute condo. I would say that the photos shown on the vrbo are slightly misleading for exterior. Yes we are told that the pool is closed but people might want to see what the true view is so they aren’t surprised. We got use to it quickly as the value was great for the price. We were also told in June that the pool might be up and running by the time of our visit in August came, it is appears that nothing has been done to improve the exterior and pools for quite awhile. Andy was quick to respond to our questions and lovely. Loved that there was coffee available to wake up to our first morning! Thank you Andy and good luck with building maintenance!

Will never stay here again

Came here for daytona bike week. Booked a room here for about 2200$ i believe it was for 7 nights. All of that money we spent and were not guaranteed a parking spot. Front desk staff were no where to be found any time we had questions. Upon check in we were givin a parking pass for a vehicle that was left in the room for us. Additional parking passes for motorcycles were to be given to us by the front desk. We sat at the front desk for over an hour waiting to get wrist bands and no staff was anywhere to be found so our motorcycles had no parking passes. Motorcycles were getting towed from the parking lot for no parking passes. We talked to multiple guests that stayed there and they were very upset. Some had to pay to get their bikes out of an impound lot because front desk staff were not present to hand out passes for motorcycles. Due to not having a parking pass for our 4 motorcycles and the parking lot being completely full every single night we ended up having to pay for offsite parking which was not very cheap and uber back to our hotel every single night. We were given 4 bath towels for showering and were not able to get new ones. Again front desk staff were no where to be found. We asked a cleaning lady for extra towels and she did not speak english. This whole trip staying at this place has been a complete headache
