Update on Resort Amenities as of 11/14/2025: We are happy to announce the North outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and gym are now open! The parking garage is currently closed for maintenance. Plenty of parking is available in the auxiliary parking lot located adjacent to the resort (South side). Limited parking is available in front of the resort.

“A Room With a View”. This 3'rd floor oceanfront suite is located at the Daytona Beach Resort. The private balcony offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee along with the beautiful sunrise. The Condo features a King bed, sofa, power recliner, and 50” smart HDTV. A full-sized dresser and two nightstands offer plenty of storage space for your belongings. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, solid surface 2 burner stove top, coffee maker (traditional 12 cup pot/single serve K-Cup combination) a toaster, and a large sink. We supply a variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. for your cooking and dining needs.

The bathroom features a spacious countertop, large mirror and a tub/shower combination. Guest laundry rooms are available on floors 2-5.

Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the resort.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please wash any dishes, utensils, etc. that were used during your stay.

Leave used towels hanging on the hooks provided in the bathroom so they dry and not on the floor. Our housekeeping service will wash these after your departure.

Leave king bedding on the bed to be laundered by our housekeeping service after your departure.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not sit or lay on the bedding or furniture with wet suits/clothing or suntan lotion as the stains are extremely hard to remove.

Store beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards etc., on the tile floor inside the unit in the area adjacent to the front door, not on carpet or balcony

Please keep the balcony door closed. If left open, the humid Florida air will cause condensation issues inside the unit.

It was a great stay. The studio is beautiful but the view is amazing!! The owner was wonderful even calling to make sure everything went well for our stay. We would be happy to stay again go out next couples getaway.

the host were great and the amenities were open, except for the restaurant, but they are working on that. the view was amazing and loved the private balcony and the condo is very quite didn’t hear your neighbors at all even at the busiest daytona 500 weekend. second time here.

The owners of the condo were phenomenal very easy to deal with the conduit self was very nice well kept the property itself doesn't have much to offer other than a pool as far as I'm concerned in the pool wasn't really all that clean the outside one anyway this place could be a little gold mine but it's just been neglected for too long but I would recommend the owners of the condo to deal with a 100

It has a beautiful view of the ocean. It was everything we expected and more. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet and not crazy parting going on around us. Will go back!
