DBR True Oceanfront 3'rd Floor King Suite, private balcony, spectacular views!

Update on Resort Amenities as of 10/1/2025: outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and gym are closed. Beach access is available via the public access area adjacent to the resort (see photos of the beach access facility). The parking garage is also currently closed for maintenance, but limited parking is available in front of the building. Plenty of parking is also available in the auxiliary parking lot located adjacent to the resort (South side). Parking is 1’st come 1’st served. We cannot guarantee a parking spot. We apologize for the inconveniences presented by the unavailability of the amenities mentioned above and have reduced our nightly rates to reflect these temporary issues.

“A Room With a View”. This 3'rd floor oceanfront suite is located at the Daytona Beach Resort. The private balcony offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee along with the beautiful sunrise. The Condo features a King bed, sofa, power recliner, and 50” smart HDTV. A full-sized dresser and two nightstands offer plenty of storage space for your belongings. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, solid surface stove top, coffee maker (traditional 12 cup pot/single serve K-Cup combination) a toaster, and a large sink. We supply a variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. for your cooking and dining needs.

The bathroom features a spacious countertop, large mirror and a tub/shower combination. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for all guests.

Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the resort.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any dishes, utensils, etc. that were used during your stay.
Leave used towels hanging on the hooks provided in the bathroom so they dry and not on the floor. Our housekeeping service will wash these after your departure.
Leave king bedding on the bed to be laundered by our housekeeping service after your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not sit or lay on the bedding or furniture with wet suits/clothing or suntan lotion as the stains are extremely hard to remove.
Store beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards etc., on the tile floor inside the unit in the area adjacent to the front door, not on carpet or balcony
Please keep the balcony door closed. If left open, the humid Florida air will cause condensation issues inside the unit.

A week at DNR on Daytona Beach

The condo was perfect for us. Third story view of the beach so we could take pictures and walk on the beach every morning. The unit was super clean, decorated nicely and close to many attractions.

Great July 4th Experience!

My wife and I have stayed at Greg & Angie's unit twice before and we are always pleased with our experience. Checking in is very easy, communication with them has always been top-notch, and the unit itself is immaculate! We will definitely be staying again sometime next summer. We've been informed the the pools, parking garage, and other amenities are planned to be up and running by then. Fingers crossed!

Escape from the cold.

Room was clean and very nice. The bed, pillows and towels were very comfortable. The oceanfront room had an excellent view of the ocean and the location had everything you needed within walking distance. I really appreciated the communication we had with the owner. They made the whole process very easy. It was a great getaway for my wife and I.

We just love this condo

This is our second stay here at Greg and Angie’s condo. It is perfect for us regarding size, cleanliness and location. The ocean view is fabulous and there is nothing better than morning coffee on the balcony! Thanks for the opportunity to stay here again, and we hope to be back soon.

Beautiful Respite

I love nothing more than the sound of the ocean waves. I had a couple of days away from work to enjoy this beautiful place right on the ocean. It was everything a weekend away should be. Convenient to restaurants and groceries as well. Hosts were welcoming, and great communicators as well. Would love to come back!

We overall had an amazing stay here at this condo. The room was bigger than what we thought from the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and had an amazing view. Only had a couple small inconveniences with the resort itself that Angie or Greg cannot control, such as the parking situation and cleanliness around the resort property.

Lovely beach view condo

The unit is clean and well equipped and just as advertised. There is a nice ocean view from the deck (as long as you don’t look down at the wrecked pools). The resort complex itself, like Daytona Beach, has seen better days.

Beautiful, Super Clean Unit!!

This is a beautiful unit that was spotless when we arrived. There is a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony. Great location in a quieter area but still super close to everything you’d need or anywhere you want to go in the Daytona area. Communication with Greg and Angie was so easy and they were super prompt anytime we had a question. Absolutely would stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t have changed a thing!!
