This 2nd floor condo has a breathing taking view of the bayside and community access to an Olympic-sized swimming pool. Lounge on the bayside or visit one of the nearby beaches. Once you return, enjoy a relaxing end to your day watching the sunset from your private balcony.

Quiet beach location with great pool

Neat, clean with a great location. Swimming pool was larger than on photos. Beautiful view of the bay. Easy drive to the beach

The perfect stay

Three of us stayed here for our annual girlfriend’s weekend and loved everything about this place. It was well appointed, located close to everything but in a quiet area, and had an amazing pool, which we used every day after a few hours at the beach. We hope to stay here again. Thank you!

Great waterfront stay

The place was great. Very clean. Pretty much fully stocked kitchen. The view is spectacular. Even with mishap of neighbor above flooding into our apartment (washing machine), owner was very attentive. Someone came shortly and all was handled rapidly. Highly recommend.

Amazing sunsets!

The condo is nice. Not real big though. It was perfectly comfortable for my husband and I and 2 grandkids. The kids loved the pool. There were basics in the kitchen already which was really nice. We would come back again. Bethany boardwalk was so much nicer than the Ocean City boardwalk!

Awesome Vacation Condo

Great view overlooking bay. Easy drive to Fenwick Island State Park for beach time. Pool was an added bonus to jump in after a day at the beach. Places to eat and boardwalk were a short drive away. Nearby grocery store too.

Very nice!

While this property was on the more expensive side, it was worth the price. We stayed for four nights and didn’t have to do anything ourselves as it was check-in ready.

It was a lovely condo, very clean and prepped with everything one would need in a vacation home. Washer and dryer in unit was a big help especially for families with kids. Pool was a great option too on days that we didn’t want to go to the beach. I will definitely book it again next year 😊

Perfect getaway

The place was perfect from the location down to the condo its self. It was fully stocked with everything you need, to where it made me feel like i over packed. Check in was easy and the owners responded almost instantly. I would definitely stay here again. Just 10 mins from the beach, convince store and food. The pool was nice and not crowded at all. The view was great and a perfect place to catch the sunset at night.

Nice quiet condo stay

Amazing bay views with birds and the pool can’t be beat! It was a quiet environment. Few families came in toward the weekend. The mattresses are on the soft side, just something to note if you need a firm mattress. There was one that was firm. Lovely place and host and I would stay again.

Perfect Rental

I came across this rental by accident, and could not be more pleased to have found it. The house was immaculate. The owner had everything we needed. You can tell that no little details were spared; down to the shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods, water in the fridge, towel rack on the porch, etc. My kids swam the days away while we watched the sunset. Beautiful community and a short drive to downtime Bethany Beach. I hope this unit is available for summer 25’. Highly recommend.

My family and I recently stayed at this property, and we were thoroughly impressed by the accommodations and location. It was quiet and peaceful; the condo suited our every need. The condo had a resort like feel. The view is beautiful, the pool is very nice. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything you need for your stay, including pantry items in the kitchen. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and neighbors are very nice. Will definitely return to this location if possible. Very clean inside and out. Nearby public beaches, state parks are a short drive, clean and easy access. Entire stay was a 10/10! Loved this condo and location!

A quiet place

We were there for a lax tournament at DE Turf. A little bit of a drive to fields. But the condo was comfortable, quiet and calming. The boys could swim after a day of games, we surf fished at the beach on down time and enjoyed the boardwalks at night. Beautiful view from the balcony to just sit and relax. Kitchen was a good space to make meals. Bring your own crockpot if you are that mom. I will probably book it again for next year.

Perfect Summer Getaway

My husband and I and two teenaged daughters stayed here for a summer getaway. The condo has incredible views and a great location off the beaten path, yet minutes from the beach and local restaurants. We had a great excursion while there to the bald cypress National forest. The quality of the facilities were top-notch and we could tell the owner took every care to ensure we had all the amenities needed while on vacation. Fabulous Olympic-size pool was not crowded and a nice place for the kids to hang out. Overall highly recommended!

Highly recommend

This property was great for a beach trip for our family of four. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive. No complaints. The location is pretty ideal if you're planning to drive to the beach. Quiet but scenic. We ended up mostly going to Delaware Seashore State Park (which requires a drive) instead of Bethany anyway.

So much fun and every thing out the area was perfect for us.

Everything about the property was above our expectations! We certainly will be coming back. We loved the location also how clean and organized the condo was. Loved it!
