3 br, 2 ba, condo on the indian river bay with panoramic views. Five minutes from Bethany beach. Great place for relaxation and family vacations. 11 acres of open property with large pool. Located on the 2nd floor, our condo has a fully equipped kitchen, w/d, lr with dining area. Front and back balconies. Great place for kayaking, windsurfing, boating, biking, wake boarding with golfing close by. The condo has been completely updated in the last 2 years including new bathrooms, new floors in kitchen and new carpet throughout. We have added wifi and a new washer dryer

We love this area and being on the water. Cedar Shores is a very peaceful with beautiful water views of people boating, skiing, kayaking , paddle boarding and wind surfing. It is very large property with a lot of open space.
