Welcome to the graceful beauty of Stillpoint, an island retreat for family and friends just steps away from the gorgeous white sandy beaches voted amongst the top in the world. This single-level spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeps eight and has everything you need for an amazing vacation.

Indoors, the open-concept living room, dining, and kitchen areas are expansive, light-filled modern spaces featuring high ceilings, comfortable furnishings that seat eight, and a TV. The spacious master bedroom suite has a king bed, a TV, and a desk area. Its ensuite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower also opens to a private outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom is a bunk room with one twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed (3 twins total). They share a hallway and bathroom with walk-in shower. The adjacent versatile den has a sitting area with a TV and queen sleeper sofa, and it can be closed off for privacy.

Indoors and outdoors are unified by multiple sliding patio doors open to the huge screened-in lanai privately surrounded by lush gardens and fenced yard. The patio showcases the heated pool, hot tub spa, and covered outdoor dining area. Another great hangout, sunny during the day and quiet at night, are the six Adirondack chairs that encircle a gas firepit. The patio also has a new gas grill.

All the little extras with this home’s original artwork and appointments will make you feel like you’re staying at a beautiful tropical retreat.

There’s no need for a car once you arrive. Reasonably priced limo service to and from both Tampa and Sarasota airports can be arranged. Stillpoint’s prime location makes for an easy walk to the beach just across the street and only three blocks to some of the best shops, restaurants, bars, and ice cream stores on Anna Maria Island! Our free Island Trolley service runs daily from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every 20 minutes from the Anna Maria City Pier on the north to Coquina Beach on the south. Publix Market is on this route a mile away and also offers Instacart delivery. A nearby walk takes you to lighted public tennis courts, pickleball court, baseball field, fenced-in basketball courts, boat rentals, and fitness center. Two miles away there’s a community center that offers round-robin tennis, pickleball, yoga, exercise classes and events.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
