Esta hermosa Casa de pueblo situada entre la playa y la bahía, tiene millas de playas de arena blanca, cerca de la zona de tiendas y restaurantes. Ruta escénica de la bahía, de un muelle donde se puede pescar, o simplemente ver el juego de Manatee o delfines. Este establecimiento de reciente construcción, muy bien amueblada, será de todos los servicios. Situado en el corazón de Bradenton Beach en el extremo sur de Anna Maria Island. Trolley gratuito monta toda la Isla, hora de Busch Gardens, cerca de dos horas de Walt Disney World. Anna Maria Island uno de los lugares más especiales en Florida para escapar, relajarse, divertirse, ver puestas de sol espectaculares, millas de playa para explorar, ver delfines juegan en la bahía, este es un lugar al que volveremos a una y otra vez.

The pictures don’t do justice to how well appointed and cared for this property is. Its location is ideal, on the skinny part of AMI with excellent views of sunrise and sunset. Beds, pillows, and couches were very comfortable. Plenty of towels, soap, starter supplies, kitchen well-stocked(with good pans as well :), and we loved all the extras like blankets, a puzzle, games and beach supplies. You are literally across the street from the beach. Other guests in neighboring townhouses were friendly and the elevator for luggage and groceries was a huge plus! Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Great location. Very close to the beach. The garage was a huge bonus. We were able to wash down our scuba gear and hang it to dry in the garage. Lots of stuff in the garage to take to the beach. Loved the wagon! Loved the elevator!! Very well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Three balconies. Beds were great. Full size washer and dryer. It was just a perfect place!

Great Location

From the deck on either side, you can see the sunrise and the beautiful sunsets. Beach across the street. Walk to Bridge Street restaurants and shops. The indoor elevator was helpful. Overall great stay.

Wonderful

Great little spot with a 1 min walk to the beach. The pool was very warm even with chilly outside temps. The hot tub was also great. GREAT owners helped with a small electric problem that got solved within less than 24 hrs. Neighbors who were residents were extremely kind and helpful as well. had a great stay and would book this location again.

Amazing

Our stay was amazing. The unit was so close to the beach to allow back and forth access during the day. There were beach toys, shelter and coolers. The unit was well stocked and very clean. Everything was above and beyond our expectations including good weather. The elevator was a knee saver. Would recommend this area and property to anyone.

Great home. in a great location

We stayed here the week after Christmas of 2022. The check in process was very easy and the communication from the property manager was excellent. The home is very comfortable for myself, my wife and my three kids who are 22, 20, and 14. it's well appointed and has everything you would need for a stay. They also have lots of books and board games. The main living room has a TV and each bedroom has its own TV. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and the beach is in great condition and is perfect for swimming and playing on. The property has chairs, a canopy, noodles, beach toys, wagon and a beach fence. The main balcony is south facing, has two loungers a table and four chairs so you can spend your morning out there catching the early sunshine. Towards Anna Marie sound, there is a small deck that you can fish off of as well as a cutting board and hose for cleaning your catch. There's also a picnic table out there. I would definitely rent again if I was staying in the area.

Great location.

We had a great stay here! The condo is very close to the beach. It’s a minute walk at most and you’re on the sand. They have beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs and a wagon to get it all there. There is a pool we used s few times - its very nice. Theres a grill by the pool you can use to BBQ. We hung out at the pool while my hubby cooked. The condos front deck is a great place for your morning coffee and lunch, dinner, drinks etc. There are 3 decks! An elevator to get all your luggage and groceries so your not lugging it up the steps. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. They left extra supplies which was nice, we didn’t have to rush out first day and buy stuff. Management was very responsive, we only contacted once during our stay, but after we left I called them because my granddaughter lost my daughters ear buds and they were very helpful with that. The couch is comfortable - everyone loved the recliners! A great place for movie night with the grandkids. Bathrooms are really nice and very clean and they have plenty of towels for everyone. There is a boardwalk to the bay side and a little fishing dock with table at the end. You can walk to several restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The only improvement I suggest is a few of the dining chairs on the deck were not comfortable to sit on. Not a big deal though, I would stay here again because the location is perfect if you love the beach. We swam, sawdolphins daily, baby rays, and a manatee! Kids loved that!

Bermuda Bay

Bermuda Bay is my favorite complex to stay in for our Bradenton Beach/Anna Maria Island vaca. I have been coming to this area for years and am disappointed anyt I attempt to satay at another location. I almost hate to leave a good review because the area in general has become more crowded over the years and I don't want to encourage people to love my fav spot. The condo was just as we expected. Although we have stayed in the complex many times it has never been at this unit. The elevator made it great for unloading on the first day and packing back up on the last. It was also handy for some slightly older folks on the day they visited to not have to navigate the stairs after walking to the beach and back with bad knees. Would def stay in this unit again. We had a slight hiccup with the internet name not being correct but we figured it out and made a note in the book for next guests. The property management was thoughtful in calling to make sure we were aware hurricane Elsa was coming. Being a Floridian it was nothing new for us but the call was nice. Lots of extra towels including beach towels and quite an accumulation of beach items are at the unit. I am sure this is very helpful for those flying in or traveling long distances.

Just What We Needed!

We love AMI and this was the first time staying at Bradenton Beach. This location was beautiful! Bay was on one side and the beach was on the other. The townhome was perfect. We had everything we needed and it was clean and comfortable. It was warm and inviting. We would definitely stay again.

Great place and location

This was a fun stay for us - super super clean, had all we needed and more, and the PM came to check on us. We loved the people in the condos around us and the pool!! We will def come back and stay here!

We had a wonderful time. The townhouse was clean, spacious and up to date. We liked having a private garage and elevator. Somehow we missed the part about an elevator until we lugged our 6 heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs most of us over 65. Hahaha we did have a laugh over it. If we get back to that area we will not hesitate to check for vacancies. I did wish we had more of an ocean view but liked that we were also close to the bay.
