Great location and spacious property

Easy walk to multiple pools and the beach, even a big courtyard area and stores. Able to get beach chairs/drinks/food very easily.

Old & Tired Property

This property has been neglected and is no longer competitive to other properties of similar size (rooms) and location. There are few amenities beyond kitchen utensils and appliances. Mold covers most of the outdoor wood and the counters, plumbing fixtures, and appliances are in need of upgrade/replacement. The toilets are in need of replacement - the one in the master bedroom rocks back and forth. The ceiling fan in the kitchen does not work and the one in the master bedroom makes a tapping sound that keeps you up at night - or risk being too hot. We had a great time with our family, but were very disappointed with this property at this price point. We did not get anywhere near the value for the money. The maid service called mid-week about a re-fresh but after scheduling with them, they never showed up. They did drop a bag of linens and towels, but they did not change out the bedding and towels as they said they would do. Quality of home is low; service quality was low. I would never rent this property again.
