One guest must be 55+ other as young as 45. HOA requires a min 31 day stay.
Walk this quiet neighborhood, and you can see the ocean in the distance, which is apx 4 to 5 miles away and a wealth of shopping and restaurants are even closer. Inside the home is welcoming with easy care, wood look vinyl flooring, new furniture, AC and ceiling fans to cool any warmer days, wireless internet, Sony tv and all the amenities, plus new full size washer and dryer. Second bedroom currently with desk and chair as an office, and an air bed for an overnight guest.
Ocean breezes waft thru this ideal east/west exposure. Enjoy the greenery of the back yard and large furnished patio, as well. Attached 1 car garage. No smoking. Pets on approval.

Perfect Stay!

We had the most beautiful stay! Appointed with new furnishings and appliances, the property is clean and comfortable. The community is warm, inviting, and beautiful and is very close to retail and restaurants. Additionally, we enjoyed quick access to the beach and spent many days exploring the coastal towns and lagoons. The property owner quickly and kindly responded to our questions throughout our stay. That said, we experienced no issues during our 72-day stay. Everything went very smoothly.

Why they chose this property

I bought this home in 2019, for its proximity to the beach and the other places I enjoy..such as parking at the train station, either Oceanside or Carlsbad Village, and taking the train down to the beach cities, Encinatas, Solana Beach, and San Diego itself, Old Town, and uber from there to other San Diego places. Also love live music nightly at the Coyote Grill in Carlsbad Village, and the shopping and restaurants of Carlsbad Village. This home is close to Trader Joes and Sprouts, my favorites. See the list here on VRBO of all the nearby beaches as well.

What makes this property unique

Quiet 55+ neighborhood under 4 miles to beaches. Also several golf courses nearby. Several gyms close, and tennis and pickleball in surrounding cities too...such as Vista.
