Though we didn't use the fire place, there was plenty of wood and fire starters. The hot tub was clean and warm. The place was pretty clean and all around we enjoyed the stay.

This place was great. The wife and I now live in Havasu and it’s always HOT! A peaceful few days in the mountains in this cozy cabin was just what the doctor ordered. The fireplace was great! It had a full kitchen complete with any pots and pans you may need. The washer and dryer on site was a nice touch, The WiFi was easy to use. We loved the front porch and the backyard is amazing! It had a gas grill that we didn’t mange to use, a propane fire pit, nice lights, and the hot tub! The owner was also very easy to reach and communicate with! I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at gentle squirrel was awesome! As some of the first renters of this VRBO we found everything in working order and it was just right in terms of location to the lake, hiking and town. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Time!

Girlfriend and I had a great stay, back patio has room for the dog to play. The hot tub was nice under the stars and the fire pit was gas powered, so no permit required and no restriction to use. The place had plenty of games and corn hole which was also nice.

Location was perfect (1/2 mile from my best friend who lives in BB and who's birthday we were celebrating! We took advantage of all of the amenities; fire pit, hot tub, corn hole. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. We just had 3 of us staying there, but could very comfortably accommodate several more. The bed I slept in was very comfy. We cooked dinner both nights. The kitchen is roomy and had the basic cookware, but bring your own foil/tupperware for leftovers. Luckily my friend went to her house and came back with some items that we didn't think to bring (also spices other than salt/pepper). The owner, Dayma, was very communicative and accommodating. We hope we are able to book again for our next trip up the mtn!
