Guest access
This is a duplex w/ two sides. However, there's a garage in between the units so there's no shared wall. It's completely private and independent from the other side.
Other things to note
We own a gorgeous 75 ft luxury yacht & offer day charters. We take our guests to an island that can only be accessed by boat, it's truly an incredible and one of the kind experience. Boat excursions are NOT included with your stay, if interested, we would invoice you via Venmo.
