This 2bd/2ba condo features a fully equipped kitchen, balcony off living room & master bedroom, washer-dryer in unit, 3 TV’s, free Wi-Fi & free parking. This condo can comfortably accommodate 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit is on the 2nd floor (no elevator).

Located in the Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach, Ship Watch Pointe I is a great alternative to the traditional high-rise building. This 3 story building is located directly across the street from the beach. Onsite amenities include 2 outdoor pools, a hot tub and BBQ area. Ship Watch Pointe I is centrally located and is only a short drive from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Pirates Voyage and many other shows and attractions. Lots of shopping is available at the Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, Coastal Grand Mall and Market Commons.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean. It had all the modern updates like hardwood floors and newer carpet. We had 5 other families there at Shipwatch Point so the time together was incredible enjoying the pools, hot tub and beach. Highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic stay

Cleanliness, accuracy of the listing, ease of navigation of the check-in and out process exceeded expectations. Beautiful location. Short walk away from the beach. Awesome pool and hot tub, very clean. Can't wait to book it again next year.

Beach stay

Great location for beach access. This condo is located in a very nice and quiet area. The condo was the perfect size for my family. We will definitely return. Great location for local attractions and restaurants. Just minutes from the Tanger Outlets and Bass Pro Shops.

Best place/area to stay if you don’t like high rises and noise

The property location is in between Myrtle Beach center and North Myrtle. It’s quieter and beach access is perfect. And if want non beach time the pool and hot tub are a welcoming change. The bottom line is would I stay here again and I would every time.

Me and my buddy come down to Myrtle every year just to mountain bike. We love this neighborhood. Plenty of places to eat, close to the beach. This was by far the nicest place we've rented. Thank you

enjoyable stay

Property was clean, well maintained and easy to access. Had a concern with tub drain and leak in washing machine...one call to the North Beach office and the drain was attended to within 2 hrs. and the washer the next day. Ample parking and nice pools to cool off with in the evenings. Hope to stay there again soon. The owners have a nice place with well stocked kitchen and beach themed pictures and housewares.

It was ok, bathroom was dirty and toilet wouldn’t flush my husband had to fix it and the lights in the bathroom were horrible. sheets were dirty we had to rewash them

It was discolored upon arrival. The facility smelled musty. A can of Lysol spray was left out on the table for either our use or the use of the so-called housekeeping staff that sprayed it before we’re supposed to spray before we entered. Under every bed and couch there was old food and or batteries. It appeared as if no vacuuming had been done underneath These pieces of furniture. Our microwave broke, and although they did replace it, it did lose or eliminate some counter space for us, which became a little bit inconvenient. We didn’t use many of the dishes and or glasses we brought our own, but it was as if they hadn’t been washed in quite some time either and many of the cabinets were disorganized. And Leslie, we had five visitors join us that I don’t think in the many many years we’ve been coming down there we’ve ever had to join us and those visitors were cockroaches. In the facility in the unit.Should you need to reach out for any further information? I’m available via phone 440-227-5750. Should you want to comp us for anything that would be greatly appreciated as well. And I do have photos if you would ever need them, at least on the vents in the underneath the furniture.

Last minute small beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as described For the most part a quiet area Pools and hot tub were great Condo was clean I arrived early at check in and was surprised that I couldn’t receive my paper work until the condo was ready The condo is keyless entry and there is no reason I couldn’t have gotten paperwork and then a call or text when it was ready This is why I don’t like using rental companies It was a good 15-20 minutes from the rental office I understand the official check in is 4 pm but I got a parking pass and was prepared to go to the beach until condo was ready I did not want to drive back just to get a paper Luckily we ate lunch and stopped back by and condo was ready However the wrong code was on the paper and I had to call back which took some time After that I had no issues

There Were Many Little Things That Were Wrong

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fairly nice unit with a good location if you dont mind not having an elevator. There were, however, many little annoyances that put a damper on our family's overall experience. Even after 2 visits by the maintenance man ( very nice fellow) the master bedroom sink was at first stopped up, and then a slow drain. The microwave had played out but he brought us a loaner to use. The sliding glass doors did not lock completely so we relied on the broomstick handle in the floor trac to secure the room while we were out. The fridge is new so that was nice, but the clothes dryer had standing moisture from the outside humid air so renters need to make sure the dryer is wiped down.

Second séjour pour nous en faisant affaire avec eux et les deux fois la location s'est bien passée. Le logement était tel que décrit, confortable, bien divisé, bien situé. Exactement ce que nous recherchons.
