This cottage is everything you possibly need for your getaway to Florida springs. It is super clean, well organized and aesthetically pleasing in its every detail, cannot think of any better way to arrange this studio - its every inch is used most efficiently. One does feel a lot of care for us, travelers; the owners go far and beyond to accommodate every possible need. Communication could not be better, definitely will rent again. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at the Poe House. Everything I needed was available. It was immaculate and cozy- the perfect place to stay while being able to attend my son’s wedding at Oleno state park.

My stay was wonderful. The studio was clean , comfortable and decorated so beautifully. It was nice to be able to sit out on my private porch, although the traffic was a bit noisy at times. Shawn was the perfect host. He answered all my messages very promptly and completely. The town of High Springs is really cute and my sister and I had fun exploring! Prohibition Pizza is a must stop. The best pizza ever! The shower in the studio was so great! Big fluffy towels, lots of hot water, I looked forward to my shower every night. Thank you Shawn, my visit with my sister was a success!

This was the perfect little spot for our weekend stay! The unit was clean, stylish, and in a perfect location. The host was so kind and even provides the cutest “welcome pack” with local recommendations! We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we are in the area.

I stay in High Springs for cave training and have stayed at The Poe the last two times I’ve gone and definitely will again in the future. Beautiful studio right in town. Close to dive sites, restaurants and Publix if you want to cook/eat in. 5 stars. Thanks again Shawn!

Cozy space for 2

We were in the area to visit the springs and The Poe was the perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and well kept. The kitchen has everything you need and the host even supplied a small cooler and towels for the springs. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly. We would stay here again next time!

Perfect!

We were in Florida to attend our daughter's graduation from UF and found this affordable little gem just 30 minutes from from the craziness that is Gainesville during graduation week. This is a lovely little studio located within walking distance of cute shops and good food. The property is spotless and the host couldn't be more accommodating. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living space. Highly recommended.

Perfect Studio!

The Poe was exactly like it is portrayed on VRBO. Exceptionally clean and was just what we needed for our weekend. From the Poe we were able to walk into town and enjoy the local shops and restaurants.

Best 5 Star Inn

From outside what looks like a small country cottage inn transforms to the nicest accommodations in the region. Shops and dining are all steps away. The studio has a gourmet kitchen and great bath with amenities. Don’t think about it, stay here for your visit to the Springs or the other Florida.

R&R getaway

This studio lives up to its name. Shawn and Adele made sure everything was what we expected from beginning to end. We loved their accommodations and will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

The property is super clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed are stay so much. The room is absolutely beautiful. The owner spent time in the decorating process. The property shows alot of beautiful detail. It is very well equipped with all necessities. I would recommend this place! It is lovely and the host is excellent!
