Unit 115 is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo. Enjoy a breathtaking ocean and beach view from a private balcony on the ocean-side of the condo, with a space that sleeps 2 on a Queen bed. Spend time relaxing by the cozy gas fireplace, make a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchenette (with full-sized appliances!), or use our easy nearby beach access to play and then the walk-in shower to warm up and clean off. Take advantage of our central location to explore everything nearby!
The Space:
Unit 115 is a ground floor, privately-owned studio condo. Enjoy a breathtaking ocean and beach view from a private balcony on the ocean side of the condo, with a space that sleeps 2 on a Queen bed. Spend time relaxing by the cozy gas fireplace, make a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchenette (with full-sized appliances!), or use our easy nearby beach access to play and then the walk-in shower to warm up and clean off. Take advantage of our central location to explore everything nearby!
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.
Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but weâre available on-site if you need anything.
