The stainless steel equipped kitchen is a culinary dream with 2 Sub Zero refrigerators, gas cook top, oven/microwave tower, warming drawer, 2 drawer dishwasher, ice maker and wine chiller. The large island accommodates 4 guests on stools to join in on mealtime activities. The spacious Master Bedroom suite features a King bed, ocean views, 32" flat panel TV/DVD and access to the first floor porch. The elegant Master Bath boasts a large Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower plus a double sink vanity. The guest bedroom on this floor features 2 Twin beds, high speed internet access and utilizes a full hall bath with tub/shower combo.

The laundry room is located off the hallway and offers Bosch front load appliances. There is a Powder Room off of the Foyer for convenience. The second floor includes the remaining 5 guest bedrooms with 3 baths. Bedroom 3 is perfectly appointed for the children with 4 Twin beds, 19" TV/DVD/VCR and shares a full Jack & Jill bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 4 is an ocean front room offering a King bed, 19" flat panel TV, access to the second floor porch and shares the Jack & Jill bath with bedroom 3. Bedroom 5 is also ocean front with a King bed, 40" flat panel TV, provides access to the second floor porch and has a private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 6 also features a King bed, ocean front with porch access, 19" flat panel TV and shares a full Jack & Jill tub/shower bath. Bedroom 7 includes a King bed and shares the Jack & Jill bath with bedroom 6. Home is equipped with elevator serves all floors from ground level up.

We had a great time staying in this home. The home itself is exceptional in every facet. No detail was overlooked, the furniture and appliances were top of the line. The rooms are spacious and the deck looking out to the ocean was a great start to the day. The sound system and lights were on when we arrived which was a very nice touch. There were plenty of towels, wash clothes, etc. which also was nice attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We were in town for our son's wedding. This house is perfect for large families or 5-7 couples getting together. All bedrooms are large with very comfy beds. There is plenty of sitting area and the outside decks surrounding pool offer even more sitting area. Kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need to cook with. House is beautifully decorated and very clean. You feel like you are "home" when you walk in the front door. Owners have definitely gone above and beyond to have a beautiful home to share with others. Thank you!!

Beautiful home! Beautiful view of the beach, waves, and ocean as far as you can see. Enjoyed the sunrise every morning. Home was clean and first class appliances, beds, and bathrooms. Pool area was fantastic- cooking area, tv to watch football ( or cartoons), lounge areas shaded and outdoor enclosed shower. It was paradise for our family- grandkids, adults and grandparents.   • You have the option of purchasing a non-refundable $55 security deposit protection plan that will cover you for up to $3000 of any accidental damage. The other option would be to send a check with your final payment for $3000 that would be refundable within 14 days of departure less any cost of accidental damages.
