The dining room seats 10 comfortably and offers even more incredible ocean views! The stainless steel equipped kitchen is a culinary dream with 2 Sub Zero refrigerators, gas cook top, oven/microwave tower, warming drawer, 2 drawer dishwasher, ice maker and wine chiller. The large island accommodates 4 guests on stools to join in on mealtime activities. The spacious Master Bedroom suite features a King bed, ocean views, 32" flat panel TV/DVD and access to the first floor porch. The elegant Master Bath boasts a large Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower plus a double sink vanity. The guest bedroom on this floor features 2 Twin beds, high speed internet access and utilizes a full hall bath with tub/shower combo.

The laundry room is located off the hallway and offers Bosch front load appliances. There is a Powder Room off of the Foyer for convenience. The second floor includes the remaining 5 guest bedrooms with 3 baths. Bedroom 3 is perfectly appointed for the children with 4 Twin beds, 19" TV/DVD/VCR and shares a full Jack & Jill bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 4 is an ocean front room offering a King bed, 19" flat panel TV, access to the second floor porch and shares the Jack & Jill bath with bedroom 3. Bedroom 5 is also ocean front with a King bed, 40" flat panel TV, provides access to the second floor porch and has a private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 6 also features a King bed, ocean front with porch access, 19" flat panel TV and shares a full Jack & Jill tub/shower bath. Bedroom 7 includes a King bed and shares the Jack & Jill bath with bedroom 6. Home is equipped with elevator serves all floors from ground level up.

This beautiful ocean front house is perfectly situated in the middle of the Isle of Palms. The ocean views are fabulous throughout the main floor as well as most of the bedrooms. The house is situated near the IOP Connector (main road to access the IOP from Charleston), restaurants (quite a few within a 5 min walk), and the playground. Even the grocery store, Harris Teeter, is walking distance. The house is exceptionally well appointed as the owners appear to use the house often themselves. The furniture and decorations are very tasteful and the house is beautifully maintained. The kitchen has top of the line equipment and utensils.... all clad pots and pans, slow cooker, stove top griddle, nice chef knife that cuts well, etc. There are lots of dishes, cutlery, serving bowls / platters to accommodate a large party. The outdoor deck and pool were great. We had the pool heated for the kids and it was nice and warm, which the kids loved. The only aspect of the house that I wish were different is that the window shades don't really block the light so when the sun rises early in the morning, the light floods the the ocean facing bedrooms.

You are a block from the Banana Cabana, the One Eyed Parrot, Long Island Cafe, Coconut Joe's, and many great restaurants. The world famous Windjammer beach bar offers up nightly entertainment, and Buddy Roe's Shrimp Shack in Mt. Pleasant has the best Lowcountry Shaggin (and fried shrimp baskets!). While enjoying the Island Life, you can go swimming, body surfing, play volleyball, dine at oceanfront restaurants, bike the beaches, jog, cruise the intercoastal waterway, sail, surf, windsurf, take in some live music, shop the boutiques. Check out the scuba diving or go deep sea fishing. Relax at a spa or try horseback riding.   • You have the option of purchasing a non-refundable $55 security deposit protection plan that will cover you for up to $3000 of any accidental damage. The other option would be to send a check with your final payment for $3000 that would be refundable within 14 days of departure less any cost of accidental damages. A final choice will need to be made by your final payment due date.

    Rates are subject to change until confirmed. A deposit of 35% is due upon making reservation. The remaining 65% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
