Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hang the #33 key (to the roof and shuffleboard) back on the key hook in the kitchen behind the coffee pot. IF LOST, there is a $20 replacement charge.
Please make sure all fan remotes are back in their place (they should all hang on the walls in their respective rooms).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND in the condo or on the patio Violation of this rule will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee to de-smoke the house.
NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

Incredible Stay in Kihei!

This property was amazing, and was the perfect place for our family of 4 to call home on our recent visit! The inside of the unit has been recently renovated and is very well appointed with everything you could ever need. The building itself was quiet and had a nice pool area and 2 BBQ areas that were very convenient... and it had a great location with a laid back beach and fish pond nearby. We couldn't be happier with our stay and will be dreaming of the spacious lanai with the incredible views until we'll be able to make a return trip!

Maui Bliss

Very well kept and comfortable condo full of just what you need supplies - eg. lawn chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, beach cooler etc to maximize your fun filled stay. View is gorgeous from balcony looking over the pool and ocean beach. Turtles hanging out right on one side of this beach! Host Lisa is very warm and accommodating and definitely would recommend!

Beautiful

Very nice condo in Kihei! The unit is very well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay - from kitchen items to beach towels and chairs. Lisa has everything covered! The property itself was clean and quiet. We loved enjoying our morning coffee and the sunsets on the lanai. There is no A/C but the trade winds made for very comfortable sleeping conditions during our stay. Plus, you can't beat the sound of the ocean waves as you fall asleep.

Amazing host and a wonderful place to stay!

This condo has it all! It was very clean and we felt right at home for our 5 day getaway. Sunrises on the balcony were amazing. The condo came stocked with everything you need from kitchen items to games to the beach (even some snorkeling gear!) which was a definite plus. The condo was right on the beach close to where turtles come to the beach often. No air conditioning was not a problem at all with fans on and windows open. We really could not have asked for anything more of the host to make our stay better. As an additional note, as far as location of the condo, this spot in particular became some sort of crazy wind tunnel in the afternoon and evening. I am not sure if it was the time of year that we visited (first week of June), but we were not able to enjoy the balcony or the beach outside of the condo this time of day because the wind was so strong. I personally wish I had known this ahead of time just so we were better prepared with how we would spend our afternoons and evenings. Everything else was an absolute delight. :)
