Conveniently located with easy access to the Surfside Bike path, Surfside beach and within close proximity to Town. The house is perfect for entertaining guests and maintaining a relaxed lifestyle. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen boasts marble countertops and high end appliances.Who's ready for summer on ACK?


Beautiful decorated newly built home close to Surfside and Nobadeer Beaches. Great private outdoor spaces. Heated saltwater pool, gas fire pit, plenty of seating and lounges in the back yard. Outdoor dinning table, Weber gas grill .

First floor- Chef's kitchen with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, induction cook top, large island with marble counter top, dinning room, living room, mud room, laundry room, powder room, Master bedroom w/king bed with walk in build-in closet and bathroom with glass enclosed shower and freestanding tub.

Second floor has three bedrooms. Bedroom one w/king bed with view to the pool, reading nook, bathroom with glass enclosed shower. Bedroom two has 3 twin beds with view to the pool. Bedroom three has one queen bed. There is a second shared bathroom with glass enclosed shower. Landry closet with washer and dryer.

Lower level-Bunk beds-full and twin sets, Media room with a projector-perfect for a movie night, Office space, Gym and a bathroom with glass enclosed shower.

All king bedrooms have TV's, wifi/high speed internet and own bathroom. Central air/heat, dishwasher, microwave ,all stainless and build in appliances, LG washers and dryers, off street parking. Close to Surfside and Nobadeer Beaches (1 miles).
