Unit is fully furnished and there is tons to do and see including Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Jamestown, Jamestown Settlement, Yorktown, Yorktown Battlefield, President's Park, Shopping and much much more. Helpful Hints: This 2BR unit offers a king size bed in the master bedroom and all guest rooms have 1 queen size bed. There is also a double pullout couch in the living room area. This property has a $10/day amenity fee which includes numerous amenities including, premium WiFi for unlimited devices ($50 weekly value), unlimited use of arcades, gas grill and gazebo, DVD rentals, movie theater, popcorn, mini-golf, tennis, and kid's activities (crafts and games). The arcade is not just a game or two it is a huge arcade that kids of all ages will enjoy. I have never see any resort property with an arcade anywhere near this nice. The $10/day amenity fee is not included in the rate it is collected at the resort at check-out so you pay it directly to the resort, not through VRBO. The resort will take a pre-authorization of $100 when you check-in. It is not a charge it's just a hold on your credit card in case you have any incidental charges during your stay.
