Here you will have access to enjoy our incredible 2 acre property to escape the chaos and enjoy the serenity and peace of the mountains.

Your Cabin will feel like home with a gas grill, microwave, hot coffee, and of course fresh linens so you rest well!

You can walk out your door and see all sorts of wildlife from deer, turkeys, and songbirds. Want to relax? We have areas for you to enjoy it all with hammocks, swings, patio furniture, and yard games to make this one of your best getaways yet.

If you are in need of more space, please let us know as we have a sister cabin on the property as well!

Great place to stay

This cabin was so cozy the beds were clean and comfortable and the cabin felt comfortable as well it’s not to far from any of the spots around Custer state park or the black hill and is near by some towns with groceries and other amenities Would definitely recommend staying here for your black hills stay

Very clean and quiet. Convenient to Custer State Park. We had deer in the front yard every morning. The tub is quite high and the shower is a hand held, so not a true shower. Really nice grill outside.

We really enjoyed the property. Deer walk up to the cabin, a horse farm is next door, a local grocery is only five minutes away, and you are close to the tourist spots.

Excellent Location

We loved staying at the Gold Creek Bunk House. It had plenty of space for 3 adults and two small children. The location as excellent to explore the Black Hills but plenty far away to feel secluded. We will definitely visit again!

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful, cozy cabin for our weekend stay in the Black Hills. It was located in more secluded location so it was very quiet and we could get to almost any location within 30 minutes. Would stay again.

Great secluded stay

My husband and I spent a long weekend with our pup exploring the black hills. This property had everything we needed. Minutes from Custer state park. Very close to town for grocery needs (pops has everything you need including SDSU ice cream) There is a great pizza place up the road too. The beds were extremely cozy and air conditioning unit was able to cool the whole place! We would definitely return!

Nice clean cabin!

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Such a nice quiet property that's easy to get to. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Our host was wonderful and made us feel welcomed.

Great place to stay.

Clean, affordable, close to popular attractions. Shower/tub was hard for kids- nice to have a tub but shower was hand held with curtain around the whole thing. Would stay here again but would probably try the sister cabin that's closer to the hammock and hang out area.

Wonderful and Beautiful!

Great place to stay. The cabin is gorgeous, clean, and spacious! The views from the cabin are magnificent! We were close to attractions and shopping. The Owner was very gracious and a too-notch host!! Would love to stay again!

Great getaway

We stayed here with our two dogs. We loved seeing the deer running around the yard in the mornings. It was so close to the hiking trails while also being close to gas and groceries!

Perfect location to explore the area!

Matt was easy to work with on the whole booking and stay process. Highly recommend this rental! Beds felt like home. Would absolutely stay here again! The electric skillet was a nice feature that wasn't on the listing and we used it a few times during our stay. 5 Stars!

We fell in love not just with the Black Hills, but IN THEM as well! We were married in Spearfish in 2021 ❤

We love a good adventure! So many cherished memories while traveling, camping, backpacking, and now visiting our cabins! We take every opportunity we can to get away from our day to day lives, with our newest addition a little boy Archie, and go relax in the Black Hills.
