Enjoy lake views, beach access, 10'x24' on-site boat slip included in booking for your use and 2 pools in the popular Ledges Complex on the 20mm. In a great location to experience all Osage Beach has to offer. Our 3 Bed 2 Bath condo recently updated with new vinyl plank flooring throughout main areas, and new plush carpet in the 3 bedrooms. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon & evening drinks on the back deck with a lake view.

There are 2 parking passes for you to use, These must be hung on the rear-view mirror of vehicles after you arrive. These parking passes will allow you to park in the 1st or 2nd tier of the parking. Cars without the pass have to park in tier 3.
No oversized vehicles, pickup trucks, vans, RV'S during the time between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. *** A $50 REPLACEMENT FEE FOR ANY PASSES NOT LEFT AT CONDO AFTER YOUR CHECKOUT***

There is no boat ramp or trailer parking at The Ledges Complex. Surdyke Marina 20 is very close by that has trailer parking. The Lake of the Ozarks State Park has a boat launch and parking. There is also parking at the Pa He Tsi Boat Launch, for a fee you can park short term or long term. You can contact these marinas for more information. No trailers, boats, watercraft, or RV's to be parked at the complex.

We have stayed in several rentals over the years and this was by far the best! So clean and super nice. All the extra amenities were a huge hit. Not having to run right out to buy toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. was great! The location was perfect. Loved the beach area and both pools. The ducks were super fun also.

Great Stay at the Ledges

The condo is just as described. We stayed during off season so pools were not available to us, but I will say they looked very nice and I would assume well kept in the summer. There is a sandy beach area very close to the condo that my kids would have loved if they would have been with us on this trip. The deck is nice and gives a good view of the lake. This is water view not water front. There was a grill on the deck and table chairs to rest in while sitting outside. Home decor is modern and very nice. Our group was 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 teenage boys. The condo is spacious and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. We were there for a fishing trip and the boat slip is close to the condo. A HUGE plus to us was the boat slip was included in the rental and it did not cost extra. This unit is a walk-in with no steps required from the parking lot. Also a no hassle keyless entry. There are stairs from the condo to the boat slips. Two separate sets of steps actually, but the longest can be bypassed if you drive to the entrance at the boat slips. The kitchen Is very well stocked with all the dishes and cookware needed. There was a coffee pot and a Keurig as well as an ice maker. A nice touch was the presence of a crockpot. The bathroom is well stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo and clean towels. I also loved having a full size washer and dryer. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions. I think probably the fastest responses I’ve ever encountered. Speedy communication is EXTREMELY important to me and these owners were on task! The owners assisted us with off-season parking of our boat trailer as well on site. Walmart and PB2 are very close. The key things about this condo for us was the included boat slip with no extra fee and off-season on site trailer parking. I cannot say enough about the efficiency of communication and the willingness to assist from the owners. When we stay on this part of the lake again I will be booking with these owners.

Nice and well appointed

The condo is very nice and clean with comfortable beds and lots of extras. We would probably stay here again if the complex cleans up the pools. They were murky an full of bugs. We didn't see anyone cleaning it all week and it showed. The beach is very cute and great for small children.
