Welcome to the Towers at Parkview Bay! Experience the Best of the Lake Lifestyle in our Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condominium with a Fantastic View! The location can't be beat - within 2 miles of the outlet mall, entertainment, and popular restaurants!

The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!

Plan to Barbeque on the Deck while enjoying the breathtaking sunset! The Kitchen is fully-equipped, and you'll find plenty of seating around the table and breakfast bar which is open to the Living Area - great for entertaining and socializing. When it's time to turn in, 3 comfortable Queen Beds provide a great night's sleep! There are TV's in two of the bedrooms to watch while you wind down. A Comfortable, Double-High Queen Sized Air Mattress is also provided for your use.


BOATERS: Our 30' Boat Slip is available upon request (an additional fee applies). We can coordinate larger and additional slips depending on availabilty. The slips are those you see in the covered docks behind the building in our photos, all of which are privately-owned requiring specific assignments.

The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Golfers: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Parkview Bay Complex. Bring those Clubs!

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

The condo was just as advertised. It was clean, well-stocked, and lovely. Our family of five adults had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. The deck was nice and there were plenty of comfortable chairs for all. We enjoyed the view. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool area but it looked well maintained. Jason was great with communication and answered questions in a timely manner. Check in was easy and all instructions were clear. We would definitely book this condo again.

The construction equipment moving rock was so loud, we really couldn’t enjoy the screened porch Lovely condo with comfortable beds and the kitchen was great for cooking. Love the pool areas and work out room. We will book this again in the future!

Great stay as always! Love the quite cove. Swimming pool is large and always clean. Quick communication with the property manager if you have any questions. Major bonus is that a pass is included for the parking garage.

Nice, clean condo with a great view.

Our family of four stayed four nights mid-week. The condo was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the property management was quick to reply to my questions. We rented a boat for two days and were able to rent a boat slip through the property management for the condo. Very convenient! We also loved the pool. Thanks

This condo is just wonderful. The beds are comfortable, the pools are wonderful, pots and pans are ready to use for a great meal, and the location is close to everything Bagnall Dam offers. You won't be disappointed!!

Towers at Parkview

Check-in was a breeze, condo was very comfortable & quiet. Our stay was 5/31 - 6/7 and the resort was only at 60%, so that was nice. Not much for teenagers to do though.

The best by far!

Everything about this place was amazing! The views were great,& my children loved to see everyone on their boats passing by. We were just in awe and glad to get a way but over all it was the kindness for me we were welcomed and it felt like home… 10/10 for us!

Recoop after Branson for 5 days

Very nice! Barbecue grill is gross, we wanted to grill but i was not putting food on that. Everything else was wonderful!!

Great unit and location

I took my family of 5 (ages 6, 4, 2) for Spring Break 2024. The indoor pool was heated and clean, it was a simple elevator ride downstairs and the kids loved it. We fished off a dock a few nights and the kids caught a few fish. We rented a boat from Dirty Duck which was a 5 minute drive from the condo, hiked a few trails that were only 15 minutes away, and had lunch at the Red Head which was only 10 minutes away. Great location for local attractions. Simple check in process and excellent communication from the renters. I’d recommend this unit to others!

Amazing

Exceeded expectations. Unit was perfect for us. Great view from deck. Simply decorated not overdone. Pictures don’t do justice for the outdoor pool and hot tub or the huge heated outdoor pool. Will definitely make this our go to spot at the lake.

Cute place!

Super cute condo with plenty of sleeping and seating options. The view from the patio was beautiful. Stocked well in the kitchen. Pools were great and not over crowded. Would happily stay there again.

The location is fantastic, within minutes of the lake area attractions including the Factory Outlet Mall, Restaurants & Bars, Grocery Stores, and Entertainment! You simply can not find the amenities offered at the Towers elsewhere! Our guests really enjoy the Heated Indoor & Outdoor Pools and the Indoor Hot Tub, and Sauna. The amenities also include an Exercise Room!
