Girl’s trip & this guest house was perfect! So clean & cozy! Location is very convenient to downtown. Maria & Geo were both very kind and checked to make sure we had everything that we needed. There are lots of thoughtful amenities included as well! We all agreed that we would check for availability here if we are in the Tampa area again!

The hosts were wonderful and very hospitable. The guest house was very clean and cozy and had all the amenities I needed during my stay. The property is in a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance to the Armature Works and downtown River Walk. I would highly recommend this property when staying in the Tampa area.

Stayed at this adorable cottage like apartment near the University of Tampa for a graduation.. Our family had such a wonderful time inside and outside of this lovely apartment.
