WHAT'S IN A NAME:

Putt Putt Shipwrecked takes its name from the private mini golf course exclusive to its guests and its location. Shipwrecked just East of the port of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge you will find this cabin to be a buried treasure inside a tranquil valley with mountain views of Mt. Cammerer and a year round spring fed creek inside the Cherokee National Forest.

AMAZING LOCATION:

NO STEEP HILLS, FLAT ROAD ALL THE WAY TO THE CABIN.

Year round the traffic into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is the lightest from the East. I personally drive these route almost every day. 25 minutes to both. 5 minutes to the Cosby GSMNP entrance.

Every young swashbuckling Pirate needs room to roam. The cabin is set back on a quiet, flat, country road on 3 level acres. Explore your imagination both young and old, aboard your very own private Pirate Ship. Let the spring fed rambling creek whisk you away to sea.

Inside: The Pirate themed bunk room, loft with bunks and arcade, and children's nook complete with a magnetic tic tac toe and checkers will keep them entertained and busy on those rainy days.

Everything inside is new. From the forks to the furniture. Examples are: appliances, countertops, furniture, flooring, linens, mattresses, pillows, blankets, toilets, bathroom vanities, faucets, kitchen sink, furniture, Multicade Arcade, and décor. These are just a few of the newly updated items that await you.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES GALORE:

PRIVATE 6 HOLE MINI GOLF COURSE (Yes, it is all yours and only yours), 24 Foot Custom Made PIRATE SHIP PLAY EXPERIENCE. Pirate ship includes gangplank, slide, rock wall, shallow spring fed creek to wade in or search for buried treasure.

Putters and golf balls are provided for your use during your stay.

Caney Creek runs behind the cabin. Large level yard on 3 cares with mountain views to enjoy the outdoors. Picnic Table, Charcoal Grill, and 3 covered decks with ample outdoor seating. One with a Hot Tub over the creek await you at this rare cabin.

Pirate themed bunk room includes 2 narrow twin Beds (30x75" wide mattresses), narrow twin bunkbed, all beds have reading lanterns w/ usb outlets and plugs by each bed, pirate décor, Roku TV.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Beds: There are NO pullout sleepers or futons.

PARKING: 4-5 vehicles

ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival

GETTING THERE: The road is paved all the way cabin. Gravel driveway. No steep roads. Although snow here is rare, in the winter 4wd or AWD may be necessary.

OUTDOOR GRILLE: A large covered park style grille is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can.

TRASH: Outside trash cans are provided. If you fill them just let us know.

CRITTERS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed or try to approach them.

CHECK IN/OUT: We do not typically offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, we will. However, late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are NOT provided.

STARTER PACK:

We provide a starter pack consisting of 4 dishwasher tablets, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, small container of laundry soap and dryer sheets, 2 trash bags, and a sponge and small bottle of dish soap. You may want to bring extra towels for the hot tub.

The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

This is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 10. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities and a $250 fine by the host. You will also be asked to leave.

Absolutely NO fires! This includes starting one outside and inside. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $150, plus damages.

No sidewalk chalk allowed. The use of sidewalk chalk anywhere on the property will result in a $150 excess cleaning fee plus the cost of any repairs.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Do NOT lean or hang on the railings.

Owner/Host is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries. Use of outdoor play equipment is at your own risk..
