Enjoy this newly renovated beach house - Located just 6 blocks from the ocean and within minutes of various Jax Beach restaurants, entertainment and nightlife venues nearby. Our house includes a fenced-in backyard equipped with patio seating and fire-pit table. Spend nights in with friends and family sitting by the cozy fireplace, playing games or relax upstairs watching movies with our Fire Stick projector. Our turf wall is equipped with a ring light and perfect for shooting your best angles.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Location / Beautiful Home

My family and I were double booked on another VRBO property; with less than 24 hour notice we booked this property and the hosts Andressa & Kyle were ready to receive us. Check-in was easy and when we entered their beach house the smell of freshness was so welcoming! They had a personalized message board with our name and Wi-Fi information. When we entered the master bedroom there was a personalized message inside a gift basket full of goodies! This was what we needed to see after being double booked with no place to go. These hosts went over and above to ensure we felt welcomed. The entire home was clean and beautiful! The photos on VRBO doesn’t do this home justice. It is far more beautiful in person! There were more than enough towels and Toiletries…we didn’t have to buy any during our stay. Another nice surprise is the kitchen was equipped with more than dishes. This kitchen had baseline seasoning, cooking oil, sugar, flour, and a pitcher of purify water in the refrigerator! That was a huge plus for us! This is the first home we have rented that provided mini kitchen supplies. Another surprise is this home is equipped with a cute photo backdrop with beach props to take professional looking photos! It was also equipped with the ring light! They have beach towels and the beach is within walking distance. Andressa & Kyle are the best hosts who cares about the outcome of your stay on their home. Wow! we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay during our double booked vacation. Thanks again Andressa & Kyle you guys are the best and really make my family and I feel right a home. We will stay again!

Perfect cozy little beach stay

The host were super helpful and sweet. They have beach chairs you can use and 3 bicycles if you choose to ride them to the beach. Very quite little neighborhood. The only thing the host may want to add is maybe some extra bath towels and some wash cloths. But I definitely give them a 10 out of 10!!!!
