We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at night….It is a vibrant town!




Our unit #1 is entered through the front door of the Main house, marked #1.
Free on street parking. DO NOT park next to a yellow curb or at Restaurant—(you may receive a ticket) If using the area to the right of the house to park please do not have others blocked in.

This space features central AC and a window AC unit in each room, along with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and complimentary coffee/tea. The bathroom includes a standing shower, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, and two sets of towels per bed. Outside, there's a large side yard with a shared garden (not fenced). We allow a maximum of two dogs for a $35 cash fee per dog; no cats or other animals are permitted. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after. Dog fees are not included in your reservations. Security cameras are present on the property.

Driving is best, but you can rent bikes, scooters, three wheelers or grab any of the tourist trollies...all just a few blocks away or call a pedi-cab and they will pick you up at the front of the property! Walking is a great option however driving is recommended to fit in many activities during your visit.

-We are only dog friendly (only dogs allowed) dog fees are not included in your reservations
-There is a pet fee of $35 cash per dog that must be left on a visible counter for cleaners (limit 2 pets).
-Trash bins are in front of the home,
-We thank you for observing our STRICT non-smoking rules. Smell of smoke inside is an automatic $250 fine. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts and be considerate of other guests.
-No cable. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ connect to your streaming services to watch movies, TV shows, and other content over the internet
-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!
