Perfect Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful views of lake and sandy beach! Comfy cabin, great place for a family with puppy for vacation. Fishing off the dock, swimming in lake, playing games in cabin! Host was great with responding to questions quickly. Can't wait to come back!!

nice cabin on a wonderful lake

The cabin is perfect blend of modern convenience while still having an “up north” rustic vibe. The bunkhouse is spacious and comfortable. The lake is clear and clean.

Exceeded our Expectations!

We highly recommend this VRBO! The property is truly a slice of heaven. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 6 children from 5 - 15 years old. The bunkhouse was a huge hit with the kids! There are lots of water toys for kids and adults and the beach was clean and sandy. The firepit area was a favorite spot to sit and listen to the loons and watch the amazing sunsets. The owner is very responsive and accommodating, in fact, the best we have experienced in the VRBO world so far! We will be back!

Thanks for being fabulous renters! We’ve been blessed with the best this first year. The hardest thing about renting has been me worrying that people are having fun & enjoying their stay, so your review means so much to me. Would love to host you again! 😄👍🏼

Relaxing cabin vacation

We loved our stay! We had 10 people and easily could have comfortably slept more than that. The kids loved having the bunkhouse as their own space (so did the parents!). The cabin was comfortable and well stocked - including all the water toys that kept everyone entertained (a lily pad, paddle boards, paddle boat, etc.). We didn't have to go anywhere once we were there but it was an easy drive into Hayward for dinner one night. We enjoyed quiet mornings on the deck watching the hummingbirds and night swims while having campfires in the fire pit. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent lake front property- very private, perfect for dogs!

This rental is exactly as described- sandy beach, clean/clear lake, private location, the house, both bunk houses, deck, fire pit and dock/beach area were perfect for our group! We had 3 generations of family plus dogs and it was perfectly comfortable for us! We really appreciated the separate bunkhouse for kids and the luv shack for a family with a baby for nap time when needed. The house and property were easily accessible for grandma and grandpa too (very minimal steps required). The owner is very responsive and we appreciated all of the “extras” they allow guests to use! Truly a little slice of heaven- we will be back!

We Would Book This Place Again

Owners were GREAT to communicate with! This cabin is on a beautiful property surrounded by gargantuan old pine trees on a small quiet private lake. Watching the beautiful sunsets over the lake each night from the huge deck, listening to the loons go crazy, and having bonfires under the stars each night were a hilight. The kids loved the shallow shoreline to play in, the retro ATARI game system in the cabin, and the air conditioned bunk house behind the main cabin was a perfect hangout for them. Nice paddleboards, tons of floating devices, a paddleboat and canoe were provided. The cabin was maybe around a half hour to Hayward, so we did some mini golf and went out to eat one night. Otherwise the long dining room table accommodated our 10 person family for all of our other meals. We'd for sure book this place again.
