As you enter Coastal Living, you have the option to access the main level through the garage and private elevator or ascend the staircase to the front door. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the spacious and inviting main level of the house. The large living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, a cozy fireplace, and a large TV, providing the ideal space for relaxation and entertainment. Step out onto the balcony, complete with an awning, a dining table and chairs, and lounge chairs, and soak in the breathtaking ocean view.

The fully equipped kitchen on the main level is perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay. Additionally, two guest-bedroom suites with full-sized beds offer comfortable accommodations for your guests. A laundry room and a powder room can also be found on this level, providing convenience and functionality.

As you make your way upstairs, you'll discover the expansive primary bedroom suite, where luxury and comfort await. This spacious retreat features a private office, allowing you to catch up on work or indulge in a quiet reading session. The large en-suite bathroom boasts a luxurious bathtub, a shower, and a walk-in closet, ensuring a serene and indulgent experience.
