Beautifully appointed cottage located on a private island only 10 minutes from full service marina (Moose Deer Point Marina) on 12 Mile Bay. Recently updated, with a custom Harvest House kitchen, washer/dryer, filtered water, and all weather screen room, this cottage is sure to please. Beautiful Georgian Bay views from across the 2 acre island. A treed path leads you to a second dock and quiet lookout. Swim and fish right off the dock in 10 foot deep clean and fresh water. A private oasis for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and make memories to last a lifetime! Boat access only, Moose Deer Point Marina offers a boat launch and/or a boat taxi service.
