Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take garbage to the shed along the driveway.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests agree to follow all hot tub policies/instructions for use. A $150 maintenance fee will be charged if the hot tub needs to be emptied/refilled.
No more than 10 people are allowed on property at any time.
Guests are required to respect the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am.

We couldn’t have found a better house for our group! The property manager was so easy to communicate with and came over when we had questions. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, and the big rec room was perfect for our teenager group. Easy access to mountain activities! We would book here again without a doubt!

Amazingly Beautiful Home

We stayed 3 nights here. There were 7 of us and had so much room. Girdwood is a very cute town with lots of local trails and plenty to do. This home is highly furnished with anything and everything you need for a luxurious stay. Home was super clean and home manager was very sweet and responsive. Would highly recommend this property! Thank you for making our stay great!!
