This 1 bed 1 bath condominium is a ground floor corner unit, with a private lanai and located less than 2 minutes away from the ocean. The beach is perfect for morning strolls, reading, and sunbathing. The property’s lovely grounds allow access to some of the prettiest sunsets year-round, as well as whale-watching, tennis, and golf. This unit is conveniently located next to the shuffleboard court, pool and BBQs, so you can keep an eye on your grill from the serenity of your vacation home’s living room. Luana Kai is minutes away from shopping areas, downtown Kihei, as well as many beaches and great food. Its about 20 minutes from the airport or Wailea.
The condo is equipped with a fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, as well as all the cooking utensils and dishes you need. As glass is not allowed in the pool area, a set of plastic glasses and plates are available as well. Stackable washer/dryer machines for your convenience, as well as a growing collection of books for all ages. No need to overpack, as we provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and maybe even a boogie board or two. Laundry soap and dishwashing soap are supplied. Once paid and you need to cancel, I will make every effort to re-rent your time slot. If I am successful for any of the dates, I will return to you what I received from the other party. If I am unsuccessful, your payment will not be refunded if you are within 60 days of your arrival. Your deposit will be returned right away. If after you deposit has been received but your full payment has not been received and you need to cancel, I will may every attempt to re-rent your time slot. If I am successful renting the whole time, I will return your deposit right away. If not, I will keep your deposit. Your deposit will be returned within two weeks of your departure if no damages to the unit.

About the owner: Growing up on the East Coast, I had always longed for a tropical place to spend my summers. I bought this condo before I got married and had kids, and it was the best thing I did for myself — besides get married and have kids, of course. Every time we visit the island I am reminded of how much I love being here. I’m a big fan of enjoying the simple things in life. It doesn’t get much better than sitting out on the Lanai, watching a spectacular Maui sunset. We all have so many memories of our summers spent on Maui. My wife Stella takes care of renting and management, so don’t hesitate to call, and she’ll get back to you right away.
Why the Owner Chose Kihei, HI, USA:
I used to visit Maui quite frequently for windsurfing, and finally decided it was time to buy my own place, rather than borrow my friend’s couches every few months. I looked for a long time, considering other parts of the island, but once I discovered Luana Kai, I knew it was the perfect place. It’s hard to find a complete oceanfront condo these days, but Luana Kai has it all, not to mention the beautiful grounds and relaxing pool area. It’s also the ideal location - everything feels nearby.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
My absolute favorite part of this property is the oceanfront view. It’s hard to beat the sunsets from this lanai. As a ground floor corner unit, this condo gets the privilege of having a window in the kitchen, as well as one in the bathroom. This not only allows for more airflow, but also provides a view of the pool and garden area. I find it so convenient to be able to keep an eye on my food barbecuing from my kitchen window.
