Perfect perfect perfect!!! The home is absolutely beautiful, the amenities are well considered, check in and check out were a breeze. Host was always available via email and quick to respond. An absolutely wonderful place to celebrate our new ASU graduate! If we’re ever in Tempe again, will definitely re-book.

Easy and convenient and comfortable by ASU

Simple check in, walking distance to Mill street restaurants/ASU campus. Ample parking and very clean and comfortable home. Patio on back is nice and owner was very responsive to any questions! Will definitely stay here again when visiting the ASU campus.

Why they chose this property

Close proximity to Whole Foods, great restaurants, coffee and nightlife as well as Tempe Towne Lake and the light rail. Fantastic location all around. 1/2 mile to ASU. Blocks to Mill.

What makes this property unique

This is a remodeled home down to the studs but keeping with the same footprint. One of the very few short-term rental homes this close to Dowtown - most are townhomes or apartments. It’s also very comfortable and beautiful inside.
