In the hills of Cilento in Laureana Cilento, in a panoramic position overlooking the sea, is located this bright and welcoming apartment. It consists of a large living room with kitchen/dining area on the first floor, a bathroom and a mezzanine with two bedrooms. The mezzanine is open to the living room and offers views of the sea and the hills. Outside a small terrace (15 m2) overlooking a garden for communal use. In this magnificent complex there is a large well-kept park and a large communal pool. Next door is also the double apartment IKC561. In the same complex there are also apartments IKC383, IKC384, IKC385, IKC521, IKC522. In only 15 minutes by car you can reach Agropoli (about 10 km) and the beautiful beaches of the romantic little bay of Trentova. In less than half an hour you can reach the beautiful beaches of Castellabate. Only 20 km away is the archaeological site of Paestum. Ideal destination for a relaxing vacation, surrounded by greenery and close to the sea and the main attractions of Cilento.
