Great Stay - the property was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It was conveniently located which made it easy to get to our destinations. Hosts were friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend and hope to stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay such a serene oasis. We were in the area for softball tournaments but in between we enjoyed relaxing in the backyard. It was quiet & peaceful.

This place was amazing! A perfect getaway weekend. The house and the backyard felt like a mini resort! It’s better than the pictures even show. Plus the house had every kitchen immensity and the bathroom was stocked with everything you might’ve forgotten. Our hosts were accommodating, responsive, and so helpful! I’d definitely recommend staying here. It’s also be a great place to host a small gathering, such as a graduation party or any sort of open-house event. Thank you Tammy & John for the perfect birthday weekend!

What a delightful place to stay! We enjoyed our time together. Tammy was responsive to any questions! The cottage was clean and stocked with coffee, water and some spices. It was so lovely to pack our things and not worry about vacuuming, washing towels and sheets, or washing dishes. Such a lovely, hidden gem in Arroyo. We will stay another time. ,

Quaint little cottage with a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and stove, stocked with all the needed essential tools. The backyard was enchanting, a relaxed oasis to enjoy during your stay. Hosts were lovely, very accommodating and accessible.

Great place to stay. Perfect for two couples. Both rooms have doors that close and separate. Great kitchen and family room. Outside area has fire pits and a relaxing hot tub. Centrally located on the coast with easy ride shares to local restaurants and bars in AG and close to Pismo. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended and plan to visit again!

Our stay was so comfortable and all the little details were so appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, lots of towels and blankets available, comfortable beds and outdoor area. We loved it and highly recommend. The property managers communicated with us immediately and made us feel very comfortable.

Everything met and exceeded expectations. The quality of touches in towels, bedding and the coffee maker exceeded expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed. One very small gripe is that the hot water took a really long time to reach the bathroom sink. The hot water reaching the kitchen sink and shower was excellent. Thanks!

John and Tammy are very nice people. They go out of their way to make your stay as nice as possible. They are great resources for the area. We really didn’t need anything from them. But I can’t imagine they wouldn’t have responded and helped us if needed.
