Lele Penthouse

Summary:

The Lele Penthouse is a spacious four bedroom two level condominium suite on a shared property with an open floor plan featuring high vaulted ceilings and large windows throughout allowing an abundance of natural light in. Two additional loft areas equipped with two queen beds in one space and a King or two twin option in the other provide comfortable accommodations as well.



The Space:

The Penthouse offers 5 full bathrooms, 4 that have walk-in showers and one with a bath tub/shower combo. The Lele Penthouse also features 2 half baths, a large living room area, a sitting room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A wrap-around deck surrounds the ocean facing side of the penthouse including a BBQ and dining lanai, and a secluded whale watching deck on the loft level. Three of the bedrooms each have a private entrance to the pool area in the back yard. The penthouse will sleep up to 16 guests.



Each bedroom has two beach towels and each bathroom has two bath towels, two hand towels and two face towels. One initial set of travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are provided in each bathroom. Large travel groups can gather in the living room, family room and grand dining room. Dine outside on the lanai with a gas grill or enjoy sunset cocktails from the third level ocean view lanai.



The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, pantry, glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, baking trays, drip coffee maker, toaster, instant hot water boiler, blender, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Enjoy the conveniences of laundry in the suite with a stackable washer and dryer. Each bedroom, and the living room, has its own air conditioning unit for complete temperature control.

Guest Access:

​​​​​​​Lele Penthouse guests have access to the communal yoga studio, shared heated pool, gas grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and beach cooler.



The Neighborhood:

This villa is a tropical oasis only 50 yards from beaches, snorkeling and surfing. Shopping, restaurants, playgrounds, grocery stores, coffee shops, beach volleyball courts, tennis and skate-park are all within walking distance.



Getting Around:

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Wailea Inn.



Other Things to Note:

Guests have access to our complimentary private Concierge service for assistance with arranging group activities such as luau's, whale watching and snorkel boat tours, private chefs/caterers, pre-arrival grocery service, in-residence spa services and group transportation.
